HMRC/DWP OVER PAYMENTS 2013 BEEN PAID BACK IN 2017 BUT 2018/19/20/21/22/23/24 Chasing me for the same thing again again and again

 I dont write as much as i use to to on my blog but after whats gone on with the post office i got to ask this.The goverment who i pay my tax to and national insurance to. Question is what am i paying to ?

The post office corrupt going on has opened up new doors to what is really going on by the goverment.

They seem to do what they want to innocent humans and get away with it.

As for me since 2013 i have been fighting over tax credits payments paid sort of to me and paid back but 2 years later i got letters from dept management from DWP saying  i owed them. At the time me on the phone to them and job centre i was getting no where at all but threatened letters to me if i didnt pay them. Hold on as i said to one of the ones i called at DWP what was going said they couldnt help me as they said i owe it.As i said i didnt owe it at all but  they didnt believe me.

I was passed on again to another office of DWP and they said they could not see anything on there pc .I got this so many of times as each call centre could not provide the evidence against me.

Then i got letters from 2013 through to 2016 threat to me etc But its like this i got it in court in Dumfries and the judge read it all and what i had to pay and i agreed with it. 

In 2017 it was all paid back etc and i got a letter from dept management DWP it was all paid back.That was great to hear as it was paid back and the DWP will not accuse me again.

By hell i was wrong as DWP in 2018/19/20/21/22/23/24   chased me again for the same thing.

I watched the post office true story on tv and i sat there thinking thats the same as me. Me on the phone to DWP and getting no where at all. They phoned up the post office at the gov office and not getting anywhere .Me phoning DWP not getting anywhere.

Hold on they are the same Gov offices you call them and they make there own rules up as you cant get anywhere with them.

Its now february 2024  iam getting letters from the over payment office from 2013  what i owe them.

I have been court and its all paid back and a letter from DWP dept department saying i owe nothing its all been paid back 2017 . Here is a thing they knew its all been paid back and sorted out in 2017 but why tell dept collectors to collect again now . What i have been told again is to contact the HMRC to tell them.

Here is the thing what is true since 2017 i have sent the court papers etc to HMRC and there dept collecting office twice BUT   5 and a half years later they still chasing me.WHY?

I have it all in black and white from them and my bank statements and pay slips aswell it was all paid back to HMRC  But the question is why do it to me HMRC ?
