Winter is here but no snow here yet instead strong winds blowing us to bits with cold air.Infact makes me walk faster on my speed walk with the wind but against the wind my muscles work 3 times harder.
Even yesterday no swimming as pool is closed for maintenance but did do more circuit training here on my toys and added another weight to my bench and tightened belt on bike aswell.Pool is open again on the 28th dec so will carry on using my toys here as much as i can as i do.
Last saturday afternoon my exercising was a wee bit different but with an added bonus while i used my toys and after aswell. Awesome Jasmine got me to work harder and sweat more while using my toys and after aswell.
Well it was my exercising on a saturday afternoon with an added bonus.By hell i want it more.
Anyways been a good last 5 days for me and with Liverpool winning aswell made things better.On sunday my lazy chill out day was more into listening to tunes to chill out to all day and of course on paltalk but not on all day as my private time is away paltalk
Come to think about it the last few months since using my brain cell again and passing courses at college and feel the positive vibes back in me.Also my gift of the gab is back aswell but the added bonus is with me getting out of the rut i have been in my life for a long time.Now my life is a step forward and feels great and i just want to keep going and going and not to fall back in the rut again.
Last friday night i bit when something said to me negative vibes nearly took over again but with me being so full of strong positive vibes in me stopped it from happening.So i didnt sink back into the rut again in my life.
So saturday morning up done my exercising using my toys and the day went perfect with xtra exercising using my toys in the afternoon.Thankyou Jasmine x
Actually now as iam writing this iam thinking yes things are going better now for me and with the itch back in my feet feeling so good i dont want it to stop.
