End of interesting week for me

End of week is here and the last 3 days been really hot here.Now cant ask for a better way to close september off. This last week on monday my monitor packed in.So had to use my tv as monitor as my Geforce Graphics is linked to tv.But trying to read emails etc on the 32inch tv is very hard to do.Ok i use the tv for watching football from computer and all music concerts i watch aswell.
So looking about on the web for a new monitor and found one on Ebay  and Blackmore shop was selling it at a good price for a 19inch monitor.So ordered and paid for aswell and it arrived on wednesday.Its 100% perfect.
Also this last week after being grounded the week before over the gromet stuck in ear.What i have done i upped my exercise a wee bit.As i had to as in myself i know i can do more exercise.Didnt add much but an xtra weight on my bench and  now before my walk i added in the leg extension and dec fly to sit ups,touch toes semi press ups aswell
By hell i can feel the difference with xtra weight and doing more before i speed walk for 30 mins and of course when iam back i finish off with sit ups,touch toes,press ups,leg extension,pec fly  and to close off i go  on exercise bike for 3 mile takes me about 6min 30sec
So now two hours a day i do my wee bit exercise and of course i swim aswell on a tuesday and thursday for an hour aswell.I do try and make sunday my lazy chilling out day but never happens.
So me and my toys here are used every day for exercise.
Its the end of the week its hot and i have a smile on my face aswell what made my day today is Djing in Tazs room on paltalk for about 2 hours.It was great to entertain friends and friends in Tazs room on paltalk.Just set my weekend of better for me to see them enjoy my tunes and Djing in the room
Tomorrow meant to be hot here again and of course  my team Liverpool play Everton at Goodison and will kick of at 12.45pm lunch time.So will be clued to computer watching the game.
Otherwise this last week went a bit better for me just looking forward for the weekend.

Weekend Is Over

My weekend went better than it did last weekend at least nothing stuck in my ear this weekend.I even decorated my kitchen and its finished now.Infact  all my house has been redecorated now for time being thank god.
As today being my lazy sunday chill out day i have and just listening to great tunes while i write this to close my weekend off.
Bonus this weekend aswell  was my team Liverpool did play like they should and beat Wolves at Anfield yesterday :-)
Now with me being not being  ill etc  iam chilled out and ready for this next week.Let it begin

Midweek update

The last few days this week was like hell for me until a doctor took the gromit what was stuck in my ear the last 7 days.It came of my mp3 head phone set 7 days ago but since then couldnt sleep correct or do any exercise at all.Infact each time i fell asleep i woke up with a hangover from hell but havent been drinking at all.So sunday night thought docs here i come on monday.So i went to see my doctor but he was on holiday and a temp doc was there.He looked in my ear and said it was infected and sent me to get drops to put in it and if no better in 48hrs to go back to him.On wednesday morning the ear drops no affect at all and i was in real pain now.So back to doctors and another doc was on not mondays doc.This doc listenned to me and looked in ear and said when did i have gromit fitted in ear.I said last wednesday my ear phone i took out to talk to someone and gromit came off but coulnt find it.Since then my head has been in pain.
The doc said it was in ear that what was causing problem.I said doc on monday said i had an infection not a gromit in my ear.This doctor today got the right tool to remove it from my ear and hell the first time it wouldnt move but second time it did and hell the pain was severe and my eye streammed as he got the gromit out.
Yes it was mp3 gromit what i lost a week ago what was in my ear.
What a relief the pressure was of my head and hell i had a good sleep last night and back on doing my exercise today and swimming aswell
The other thing today yes its my birthday today ;-) iam getting younger hehehehehe

My Weekend is just closed

Well i never no stress in me over the weekend and my brain cell is totally chilled out yessssss.
So things looking better for me now as i can get along better without any stress in me for no reason at all.
The last 8 weeks being full of negative vibes in me it was great to get them kicked into touch with the positive vibes back in even more stronger now.
Just has me thinking what will be the next drama what will try and knock me of the positive vibes in me this time.
I could get use to being chilled out like this all the time ;-)

End of week with a :-) on my face

Well i was ready for the it and its again this week but on monday i couldnt belive what happenned but it did.
Yes after 8 weeks my bathroom was actually  finished on monday.Yes i was in shock as it should have only taken 3 days to do the work in it.What started on the 19.07.11 After all my real drama with DGHP about what they done wrong with my bathroom. They did get it right at last on monday. (thank god they did at last)
So hell a smile on my face on  monday  what a shock but good way to start week of for me.(is it going to be a better week for me eeemm)
Well as tuesday arrived me working out and went swimming but with bus being 15 mins late but still arrived at the pool and  awesome  Becca was already there but great to see her as she was working .So tuesday went a bit better for me aswell
As the weeks goes on and nothing kicking me in the teeth yet so on wednesday afternoon done more decorating in my hoose.My bedroom got its lick of paint at long last and hell it looks good.That only leaves Dianes bedroom and living room and kitchen left to do.But hell looking at what i have done it looks to good otherwise looks so refreshed with a lick of paint in the rooms i done so far.
Thursday up on my walk at 5.45am and on my toys when i got back home  and it was great in the morning air with no wind and the sun coming up aswell.So was feeling even better in myself and hell i still had a smile on face.I even used my toys more and sweat was pouring from me yesssss.
Went to carlisle for shopping and swim  and was swimming the best i can then awesome Becca came in and this time she wasnt working she was swimming in the pool with her friend.Now my day started of with smile on my face but after talked with Becca i had a beaming smile on face for the rest of the day.Even done my walk again and used my toys even more when i got back home.
Now its friday iam here writing this.Positive vibes flowing out of me negative vibes kicked in to touch  by Awesome Becca yesterday ;-)
Well my week went from being in shock on monday to thursday my heart missing a few beats and iam still smiling with positive vibes back in me yessssssss
Now iam ready for the weekend.This tune i added is for the awesome one to me.

End of weekend for me

After a so called week i had to chill out over the weekend and i have done.Infact to day on my lazy sunday day went better than i thought with listenning to tunes and with a few messages from my real friends on Twitter.Just made my chill out day going better thankyou Sapphire and  Chelsee.
Yes its the end of weekend for me with a smile on my face and ready for the next week day by day in style.
Only bad part over the weekend is my team Liverpool got beat aaahhhh but as so far we are doing better than we started the last few seasons.As now we play as a team not just individuals like it was the last few seasons at Liverpool.Will take time for Liverpool to build up again to being the best team again.
Tonight been with my dad and just here with a few tunes on to finish my chill out day in style.
With me all chilled out now iam ready for the it and its this week...

End of week update

Well this last week been ok but mainly with my dad being a lot better aswell.My dads brother George and his wife Shelia came up to see dad and that was about the best pick up dad has had in life for a long time.Dad really needed it.Great to see my dad with a smile back on his face and being a bit happier again.

Also this last week give me a chance to get some decorating done after the work from the Gas board had done.
My bathroom is still not finished as today they came again with the wrong toilet to fit to replace the health hazard one.So will be into the 8th week next week waiting for bathroom to be finished DGHP+ Lovell. So much for only taking 3 days it would take.
There is one thing i can say what i write on here is to me its true and no lies and i do know what i can right and its legal.Without me getting in trouble or any offences against me when i mention names or company names about anything.As all my work and writing is checked out on my blog by the Google legal team.You see i know where i stand on the legal side.

weekend is over

Well its been sort of a bit different weekend for me.Did manage get my head sorted out with all the drama caused by DGHP+Lovell last week infact since 19.07.11 it really started.
Anyways apart from that today working with dad in his garden and great to see dad with a bit more strength in him after the last 8 weeks not been to good for him.But this last week he started to improve more but just taking his time.
Also i  was on paltalk for a while and great to a smile on Teresas face after her holiday what she really needed to have.Talk to few of my friends on there and listen to a lot of tunes.Here nearly have all my tunes back after computer crashed 2 weeks ago.One thing made me relise is when to buy tunes from now on is to get them by cd and not just all download them all.As i have to buy again 3 albums and about 20 songs aswell as i cant get licence for them and the albums Amazon stopped selling them.So cant redownload them.So my money what i paid for the downloads for albums at Amazon is gone with albums.
So in future for me to buy an album i will get it only by cd so that i never will lose the album in the future

This last week about DGHP and Lovell

Well this last week been better for me but the saga going on with DGHP and Lovell has got as step even worse today but its given me more ammunition to fire at them.
Its like this the letter i got back at the begining of July saying it would only take 3 days to upgrade my bathroom in the DGHP council house i rent.They started work on  the 19.07.11 BUT hold on its now the 2.09.11 and still not finished.(now thats a hell of a lot longer than just 3 days work)
Now its DGHP who own the house and they paid Lovell to upgrade to a new bathroom suite but as since day one after 2 hours problems started.
As DGHP or Lovell are saying its each other fault BUT hold on DGHP paid Lovell to do the work.
So why do i have to contact Lovell as its a DGHP house and they are responsible for the house and not Lovell.
Iam not backing down as i have so much evidence now against DGHP and Lovell  to take them to the cleaners  but really what i should do is put them both in a boxing ringing and let them fight it out who is responsible for all this stress they caused to me as they cant do there work correctly at all.
At moment its only a visit from DGHP or Lovell local manager.But hold on the last week the clerk of works Derek of DGHP never showed his face and today the Lovell manager never showed up either.Even with me calling them and only answer machines and never got back to me.Sounds like they are hiding now as i have them by the bollocks with 100% evidence against them.
Yesterday one thing Kellwood electrics i contacted about there so called electrican and what he did as they are sub contracted to DGHP  to carry out the electrical work for when Lovell does the bathroom work for DGHP.
After what there electrican did and the main Kellwood boss only found out yesterday from me.He was straight on phone to me and was here and hour later to see what his worker had done.He was disgusted what he done.But as he didnt just walk of or blame DGHP or Lovell.He couldnt say sorry enough to me and sorted it out about the decorating what will be done and cover costs aswell.Also he will sort his worker out and kick his arse.
Its a DGHP house and they paid  Lovell and Kellwood to do the work in my house.Kellwood is sorted out now but DGHP and Lovell are not.
They need put in the boxing ring and get it sorted out who is who and makes the real  decisions what should be done and not be done.(Hold on its a DGHP house)
But main thing is they dont relise its us who pay the rent for the DGHP houses who pay wages for there food and bills to be paid for each week.But hold  about over an year ago Connuaght went bust after they did the same thing as what Lovell is doing now with the uk council contracts.On the grape vine today i heard  Lovell is in a bad way aswell but they make so much money from councils in in the uk but as so many  Lovells workers cant do there job correct.The councils are paying out in damages to cover for them.
But hold on where is the money gone what Lovell got paid from DGHP?? (now thats a good question)
Then again the DGHP council managers etc get paid a even more money aswell but as DGHP and Lovell cant decide who is responsible for there actions in my house.
Just shows you that no wonder councils go bust or cant pay for anything and but do more cut backs as they just have no idea what to do with money they have apart from put it in there back pockets !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
