After a stress busting last few weeks whats been going here in my life.This weekend kicked of in style on friday afternoon and couldnt ask for anthing better to start my weekend of.Thankyou Vamps i owe you an xtra special cuddle.
So with a great start it give me time to get my brain back into gear and to be ready for this next week.Even writing evidence report this afternoon about what DGHP and Lovell did to my house but with being back into positive vibe mood.The words just flew of my tongue and just read it all again its all correct.So Lovell group who decide to wreck my house 5 weeks ago and still you havent finished the job yet.iam fully loaded with 100% evidence and will shoot you down in style.
With my computer back up and running aswell now after crashing last week all cause of a bracket that holds cpu cooler broke.But took time and its back working ok.Mine you the stress what i was going through cause of what DGHP and Lovell done to me.I was nearly tempted to kick pc out the window but i bit my tongue more and just had to be patient more until i got it back to work again.
One problem with computer crashing is my music as a lot i bought online and the licence was through OD2 but with them no longer i cant get my licence for a lot of tracks as the licence was in computer when crashed and i spent the last few days trying to get it renewed but cant get it as OD2 was taken over by Nokia and they dont have the music licences from OD2.So the albums and tracks i bought with OD2 music licence on them i have lost.Also a few albums i bought from Amazon they have been taken off and i cant even download them again.So money i paid out for tunes i cant get them again as OD2 not anymore and Amazon dont sell those albums anymore.E.L.O was the last album i bought from Amazon 2 months ago but as its taken of there sales now i cant redownload it.
Liverpool my team played great yesterday at Anfield and won aswell but was great to see them play as a team wanting to win again.
Well my weekend is about over and feeling of positive vibes iam ready for this next week in style.

Update after been quiet for 2 weeks
As today what i wanted to hear from DGHP council about what they will do after 5 weeks of sending me around in circles.After they should have only taken 3 days to fit my new bathroom suite.
First of all the bath what came was to small and i told them staright away but they had to fit aaaahhhhhhh.
Sink was fitted and toilet aswell and shower until aswell.But hell was started with wrong bath and the so called electrican in my house.
They arrived today they will change Toilet in the bathroom suite from hell what was fitted on the 19.07.11 what should have only taken 3 days but as now its the 24.08.11 and still not finished.
I was that sick of going around in circles me being me i gathered all the evidence each day as DGHP blamed Lovell who was the sub contractor to DGHP council but hold on Lovell ltd blamed DGHP
What happenned Lovell had electrican from Kelwood electrics Dumfries and i watch him and i couldnt belive what he was doing and he is meant to be an electrican.On one wall drilled 4 holes through to front porch but still couldnt find drill hole in porch and he also drill another 9 holes in hallway wall to fix wire gubbing to the wall to cover up the holes he drilled through to get to porch.When the it the electrican drilled through at 4 inch of floor he got through but that was not right either.
The same time the Kelwood electrican went in to bathroom and ripped old fan out and then broke the tiles to fit new wire in and then put a new hole in ceiling for shower switch but straight on top of shower curtain hold there is more what the it did. When he couldnt find drill bit went through in front porch he made a hole in that ceiling aswell.
Then belive it or not after 4 hours destructive work on my walls in my house he then took off.
I caught him about 16.30hrs that day in another house and i asked what was going on and all he said someone else will be there tomorrow.
The other main thing the Lovell workers took my old bath and toilet out but when i seem new bath it was to small.Told them straight away and they had to fit it but as clark of works Derek arrived and Alec manager from Lovell sort it out on the phone to Lovells Glasgow depot to get right size bath here on the 22.07.11
I did said ok but problem was aswell the survey whats was done a month prior to work to start said bath would have been 17 and it would fit and the surveyor printed plan of and give it to me and i signed it he then from his laptop he sent the plan to Lovells main computer to get bathroom parts ordered.
Bath didnt get delivered on the 22.07.11 infact no one knew where it was
But as days and weeks went by i was getting angry
As for the it electrican was sent back after his fuck up and to do the work right and i watch him like a hawk.He done all the work correct in about 3 hours and couldnt get away from me quick enough cause he knew i would Glasgow kiss him as he knew he is an it and treading on egg shells.
I did find out aswell he did fuck up in another 4 council houses that the week before but hold on Lovell got him to do the work Lovell is to blame but hold they said it was DGHP council to blame.
OMG iam going around in circles with what work done in my house by DGHP council time to stamp my feet down on them and i have.
Belive or not the bigger bath got fitted 17.08.11 but still no sign of toilet to be replaced.
The letter i have here from DGHP said it would take about 3 days to do the work starting on the 19.07.11. Not 4 weeks and still not finished and its now the 24.08.11
Now i made alot of calls and i went to Lovells head office to speak to the main managing director of Lovell Stewart Davenport .Talked his secretary as he was not there and she took all details.I was waiting for call back that afternoon with no call next morning i called to speak to Stewart Davenport but talked again to his secretary and she said that Allan Taylor regional director would call me and he did with in 5 mins.
But when i tried to tell him what was going on he shot me down each time and he was getting aggressive more.I tried again and again to tell him what was going on but he wouldnt have it but when he said the bigger bath is fitted now be happy with that.But as i said to Allan Taylor about what was wrong with toilet he then shot me down and again for the second time Allan Taylor said the bigger bath has been fitted be happpy with that.
Now this is where twice he said that to me and will not say it for the third time i said to Allan Taylor i will end call and will contact Stewart Davenport asap. i ended call.
Hold on Allan Taylor is a regional director for Lovell and they make plenty money from DGHP council and other councils in the uk. Sounds like a bully in control at Lovell (i hate bullies)
With still no further but iam more loaded up with ammunition to fire at DGHP and Lovell and Kelwood .Time i started to use the ammunition against the its.
Well belive it or not Stewart Davenport Lovell Managing Director did write an email and a letter to me aswell to let me know what was going to happen.Mind you this is after 4 weeks after what his workers did to my house on the 19.07.11
By his words in his letter i belived him just.
Today i knew the clerk of works of DGHP Derek would be here with manager Alec from Lovell would be here aswell.yes they did turn up as i knew they would as they went round in circles aswell what went on what has happenned in my house.
They said the toilet will get changed and with bath what is in iam happy now with it as it i tried it out last night and its ok.Now just a few things for them left to finish in my bathroom as they did start it on the 14.07.11 when they get it all finished i will write more of the evidence i have which is all 100% true.

Weekend is over with a smile on my face :-)
Yes a smile on my face after the weekend for as iam feeling so good with positive vibes in me.
As i knew the time would come that i will close the it and its of my past for permanent and its happened to me over the last 48hrs.Now i have been waiting for that to happen to me for a long time but it now has sunk in to me the last 48hrs for real to close the it and its from my past out of me for life permanent
You see a part i havent wrote about but its like this my past is my past not the future.

week is over again
This last week things are looking up for me :-) Yes iam in shock but iam :-))
Even went swimming for the third time today as had xtra buzz energy in me.What is going on with me eemm
Also my dad is a wee bit better with himself but taking its toll on dad and just hope he can keep going.
So this last week for me things going a bit better for me now i have a smile on my face.

August is here
After a different weekend for me.With saturday night me being out for a change.I was at taste of asia restaurant in carlisle as my real friend Saeng was cooking and it was 100% perfect.Thankyou Saeng.
My dad is on the recovery process after being ill but he is improving each day for the better now
Two years now since my best friend Jerry Lee went to heaven.Hell i do miss him but Jerry is always in me.
This next week with a bit of luck will go a bit better for me in all departments.
