This last week been a bit better with my dad recovering after his ill health week the week before but will take time for him to rebuild his strength back up.The main thing dad is on the mend thank god for that.
Did get my own head back in gear aswell with dad feeling better now and this last week just give me a bit more time to have a good think.The bonus this week aswell for me my shoulder muscle is on the mend and did get more lengths in this last week before it twinged again but today its not even tweaked me at all today.
So the sun is out and its the end of the week and things looking better aswell.
Bonus for me this weekend iam of out on saturday night for meal at taste of asia cooked by Saeng.Yes been a long time since i have been out and to go to Saengs for Thai food is just what i need and i cant wait.
So the week ends here for me now and the weekend is just to start for me.

The weekend is over
My weekend is closing off with me just chilling out as knowing dad is getting better now.As the last 48hrs for my dad was better for him and will take time to build his strength back up in himself.As the last 10 days really took it out of him with being ill etc.
So end of my weekend chilling out and will be ready for the next week with positive vibes in me.

End of bad week at last
The week not to good for my dad as each his stomach problems got worse until today when the Doctor and nurse use ceratin treatment so my dad could go the toilet first time for 5 days.What a relief for my dad tonight thank god for that.
Also the last the last 5 days of crap for me.Monday went sort of ok but tuesday is what screwed the week up .The council workers where here to fit new bathroom BUT they just sort of cocked it up from the start.The electrican didnt have a single clue what to do right and caused so much damage to my walls trying to drill holes through the wall into my porch but he didnt have a clue what to do.But punch line is i did tell him 3 times and still he didnt listen and fucked things up more then fucked off.
Also the bath what they fitted was the wrong bath as its was to small.
So on phone to the DGHP and Lovell about the situation.Got the clark works here and the manager from Lovell here.They where shocked in what the electrican did but he had done it to 5 other houses aswell.Big compo payout Kellwood electricans of Dumfries what the so called electrican has done in damage to my house and the rest of the houses he worked in for DGHP as subcontractor Kellwood
Now clark of works from DGHP was sound and already got it ordered to get correct bath here.He will keep an eye on things until all completed and will make sure i get paid for all decorating materials needed to cover the costs.
So after only meant to be a 3 day turn around to get my new bath room fitted will go in to 7 days or even longer.

New week is started
After a quiet weekend for me infact spent more time with my dad.This week should be a bit better for me as tomorrow new bathroom will get fitted. Also hell its wet monday again.The summer wet season is back in style again.

Weekend is about here
This last week things sort of back to normal after being grounded the week before with being burnt.
Infact the last 5 days went ok after being grounded.Been back on my exercise and swimming aswell and even done more work out the last 3 days aswell.
My dad is doing ok but still has this back muscle problem.Iam with him as much as i can but does before seem to moving about just a bit better now.
My daughter Diane will be back home after next week as bathroom will be done at last next week.So gas fitted 3 weeks ago Di at her friends but stopped there as the bathroom should have been done last week but next week now.Di will be back home next weekend (decorating to do for me haha)
Was at Saengs for lunch on tuesday and thursday and it went down a treat. Thankyou Seang
My friend Giorgia is away on holiday now and she deserves the holiday after all the hard work and being a full time mother aswell. :-)
By the way looks like i have another it to join the its club of mine aswell and no doubt will be more it + its in the future .One thing is with me using it and its got a new word to add with the it and its Fubar .I will see what happens over the weekend to if i use Fubar

weekend is over
The gala day on here saturday but the rain and thunder storms soon put a stop to it.Even power was of a few times aswell on saturday afternoon aswell as about nearly 2inch of rain fell in 45mins.Great summer time here
Other things over the weekend been quiet for me at least i didnt burn myself again.
Even today being my chill out lazy sunday day been quiet but still played tunes on pal in Tazys room and real good banter going on aswell.Made my day go even better.This afternoon with my dad at his house and his back is getting better after he strained it yesterday.Infact with heavy rain showers again me and dad done a bit more of the 1500 piece jigsaw.We are nearly halfway with it.
Sunday night end of my lazy day and just going to chill out more and be ready for this next week.

End of burnt week for me
Yes i was burnt by the sun on sunday afternoon and hell it was bright red on my shoulders and chest on monday morning.Well i never i was caught out all for sitting reading paper with a cup of tea for about 20mins but no sun cream on and i was burnt by the sun breeze at the front of my house.
Yes tried to carry on monday as normal did my training but hell i when in shower it was a nightmare with pain.
On tuesday morning no better and couldnt go swimming either so got some E45 cream and it cured me after 48hrs i could have a shower and not scream.
So this last week been a wee bit different with me being grounded but did give me the chance to sort a few things out in style.Also a while now infact the last 2 weeks i have had the itch in my feet and i know its time i moved as its so strong.Come to think about it the last time i got a strong itch like that in my feet i was away 14 years.
So yes its time i moved on and to begin my life again and try and be a bit more happier this time

Midweek update sort of ;-)
Well i never but i have been grounded the last few days after the bloody sun burnt me chest bad :-(
Yes on sunday afternoon reading paper and with cup of tea out the front of my house and the hot sun breeze burned my shoulders and chest.Didnt feel to bad but on monday morning it was bloody sore.Tried to do my exercise and carry on as normal but i couldnt.Shit i was grounded.tried different creams but E45 is the cream what is sorting it out so far.No swimming or exercise the last few days with being grounded by the sun burn.
I wonder what the rest of the week will bring for me?

Start of a new week with the sun out again yessss
My weekend went sort of well apart from yesterday afternoon temp 25 and sitting on my chair in the sunshine out the front i fell asleep and with a bit of a breeze and the sun hot aswell i was burnt over my chest aahhhhhhhhh
But really had sort of better weekend with my daughter home aswell.With Diane being out and stopping at her friends tonight.So on saturday night with tunes on full volume in my ears and a few beers what a way to spend a saturday night alone.
This morning out doing my walk at 5.45am this morning really cool just right.The sun is out since i got up at 5.15am and now the temp is at 20 and its only 8.38am.Best get the sun tan cream out dont want to be burnt to a crisp today ;-)
So i chilled out the best i could over the weekend and iam ready for this week full of positive vibes

End of a bit different week for me.
Yes the end of June and the start of July today.This last week sort of a wee bit different for me with having my licence back updated.Now being a step forward for me and driving work etc and feeling more positive vibes in me.Just makes things look a lot better for me.Even my exercise program twice a day i did even more by hell feels great.
My daughter was 17 last saturday and my daughter is growing up to quick and iam getting older.
Good news aswell last week my real friend Teresa at long last got her divorce papers through from the it.Now Teresa can go forward in her life without the it hanging around her neck.Iam happy for you now Teresa to get on with your life better.
So the last week things looking a bit better for me now just hope this weekend goes as good aswell.
