Being a bit more confident in myself with positive flowing through me at moment.Go it feels good.
Over the weekend was quiet here infact give me a chance to have a real good think whats going on.
Saturday with it raining every hour and sunshine aswell still got my speed walk in between the showers.Even over with dad we couldnt get anything done in garden cause when we started twice we had to take cover.So really the bloody weather here just sort of halted us as thats a normal thing the weather does here.
So i changed time around on my exercise so that i play a few tunes and talk to my friends in Tazy room on pal talk.It was great to catch up with friends and have a good chin wag with each other and yes i did play a few tunes aswell.As i know when i dj and i make people happy with what tunes i play and being on mic aswell.
My lazy sunday chill out day went to plan aswell.Chilled out all day also played tunes in a bit of everything aussie room on paltalk.
Today with being bank holiday day again.It sort of lets me chill out a bit more for the day.

Cats amazing week ends tonight

Yes this last week things gone better for me instead of going bad for me! Now that makes a change :-)
Show you what happens to me when my positive vibes are in control of me.
When doing my bit exercise each day like what i do just seemed to get easier this last week so i did more exercise each day.EEEMMMMM whats wrong with me wanting to do more exercise.Good question
Anyways apart from that as work is sort of on hold until i get licence back evening DVLA had it with them 8 weeks now.So again this afternoon on the dog and bone to the companies who i can work for but as DVLA have my licence i cant drive for them until i get it back from DVLA. Patients is my virtue
Even today with my wee flower here and the new door fitted and the gas man here aswell but what made the day really my wee flower here and with her here just makes me feel so proud.
Now the weekend is here again and just hope it will be as good as it was last weekend for me.So far a call earlier just made it should be as my wee flower will be here tomorrow.

Cats midweek update

So far this week been a wee bit different for me.In a real good way not a bad way.That makes a change.
Even doing my swim on tuesday and getting soaked in the rain afterwards and meeting my awesome one aswell well the day couldnt get any better for me.There iam walking on air again and it feels so great.
Its wednesday night and iam happy with myself whats been going on this week so far thank you my wee flower.
So tomorrow is another day for me and hope it goes aswell as the days so far in this week.

End of weeekend

After the last few weeks over the weekend give me a chance to let it all sink in me.Now the last 48hrs give me a chance to relise what i have done and what i should not have done.Infact a few things made me feel alive again in my life after being so along alone and i had give up.But with that happening to me as me forgot to get my brain into gear and get ready for the it and its to try and hit me.They did try but did not succeed.So over weekend spent my time with music and seeing my dad of course but that is all as my one and only brain cell need to chill out and be ready for what will happen to me next.
My team Liverpool last game today and we got beat.Been a  shit season for Liverpool but finished of better than we would.Time to rebuild the boot room of Liverpool Fc  and now Kenny is back for real that will happen.
So anyways the weekend is about finished and after todays weather from sun,rain and  strong winds all day just hope the weekend will close of in the past.
This next week is nearly here all enjoy it the best you can as we all only live once so enjoy it....

Cats end of week

Well after being full loaded with positive vibes the last 3 weeks even whne the negative vibes stuck its nose in last sunday until tuesday night but still hung about until thursday.It like shit in hell when that happens to me but lucky enough the last 3 weeks positive vibes back in me an kicked the negative vibes into touch.
As for everything else talked to real friends of mine the other day Teresa and Kelly and great to catch up with them.
Also with swimming and with fish taking the stress out of my feet felt so relaxed afterwards.I did call about my licence as its now 7 weeks they had and still i was told it could be another 14 days before i get it back with pcv+hgv on it thats if the dvla medical pass me fit to drive buses,lorries.But wait a moment the doc at my hospital should make that decision as they are the ones who passed me in the medical on the 1st april.Dont ask its just bite my tongue more and wait and wait etc.
Other things this last week did make a decision about one thing and that is go back to my come to bed eyes and use them again as i havent lost the touch.So i found out this last 3 weeks.So when shopping in Tescos the other day just tried them out and  eeeeemmmmmm  for me to know and you to find out .
The week is over for me and still full of positive vibes all have a good weekend hope i will.

Midweek Update

So far its been sort of a wee bit different this week for me.The negative vibes feeling in my bones come to light on tuesday and was not expecting it but they soon got kicked into touch by the positive vibes in me.Negative vibes was from a dose of negative vibes in the past what came a light on tuesday when i met a it and then my memory banks in my head click into gear about the it.Lets see what happens tomorrow after my swimming as iam fully loaded if the it appears again.
Today my daughter back to college and also today great to catch up with my real friend Teresa today and not long but a good chin wag with each other.As i do know you read my blog Teresa and one of these days soon we will have a cup of tea with each other and a few wkd iron brew.Cannae wait for that day Teresa x

Negative vibes kicked in today but Positive vibes kicked them into touch

Well i was expecting something to happen to me as the negative vibe been hanging about me since sunday morning.But i couldnt put my finger on it but today it got answered.No wonder it was hanging about the negative vibes as it was a pre warning to me that something will happen and it did today.The postive vibes in me are still going stronger in me and so what happenned today with the negative vibes i handle it better but just will have to wait and see when i get up at 5.30am in the morning when its sunk in.
There was a positive vibe boost put in my special friend today so negative vibes got kicked in touch with meeting up with her this afternoon.
Done my excercise this morning them swimming but with negative vibes still in me i just done 45 min circuit training here and sweated in style with War of the Worlds on aswell..

Cats weekend nearly over

Well i knew with the positive vibes  in bones things where going to happen even more over the weekend.Yes the positive vibes in my bones for the last two weeks where right and yesterday a friend of mine came to see me  at my house.Now with that happenning to me it was out of this world.So there iam walking on air all day as she went home thought am i dreaming or is it real.Yes it was real.
Today with me being in positive vibes in my bones but the bad feeling been hanging about and the good feeling got stronger in me and even when my team Liverpool getting beat aaahhh the positive vibe factor was still knocking back the negative vibe factor but as i write this the negative vibe factor  in my bones is getting stronger so something is about or soon will happen to me.
Two weeks now the positive vibes  back in my bones but the negative vibes is hanging about strong over the weekend  and i dont like that feeling.
I will just be patient for the night listen to some great tunes them sleep.

End of week with a smile on my face

This last week with the good feeling in my bones and monday started of well with Liverpool beating Fulham monday night just an extra bonus for my week to start of.Tuesday morning up doing my excercise and with an exercise bike added in my hour excercise twice a day aswell and of course i do swim tuesday and thursday.What i have to do to get rid of my fat.
Tuesday done swim and then went to get my feet done by the fish.Time for Thai lunch at Schens and that is when i met a young lady having her lunch.Me being me broke the ice between us and chatted through eating our lunch.As she was due in at work at 2pm me being me and offered to walk her to work being a gentleman iam my new friend accepted.My day was going better than i thought.Being so proud walked my new friend to her work and then me back to market to get some veg i needed and bus home.
With on wednesday called about work if there was any and still my psv,hgv licence not back yet.Just be more patient until it arrives back here.
Thursday up on my excercise at 5.30am like i do each day and looking foward to get to swimming as a bonus when i arrived at carlisle for me.
Friday arrived and my daughter Diane is back at home as she will be at Dumfries college from now on.But with her growing up and being 17 next month iam getting old.Means i dont need to be here all the time as she can cook and clean etc herself but its my kitchen and its me who cooks and cleans etc in our house.
Friday night and what a week for me better than i thought it would.
The positive vibes feelings in my bones is unbelivable  no way negative vibes can get in me when iam feeling like this in my bones.
The weekend is here all enjoy it as i will the best i can.

My weekend is about finished

Well the good feeling factor in my bones didnt let me down at all and its still there in my bones.What happenned i won a few quid on the euro lottery when i checked numbers on saturday morning.So the good feeling factor was in me and on saturday night my mate Kelv called round with a few beers to catch up with things and we had a right good old chin wag with each other and a few beers aswell.
Then on my lazy day today with no excercise at all but with tunes on and been over at my dads and tonight just chilling out more and get ready for the next week.The good feeling factor still in my bones its brilliant and even before we had a thunder lightining storm here and it felt great yessssss.
 This next week  maybe its time to change in my life

End of week with a smile on my face

The end of the week for me and it went ok through the week.With being a short week with starting of with bank holiday but rest of week went like clock work for me.(i did behave myself to a certain degree hehe)
With the good feeling back in my bones since last week encounter just has me brain cell working in order for once.After swimming twice this last week and with a visit to the fish for my feet but having Thai lunch with Shen was just what i needed to top thursday of.
Still no sign of my licence back yet as they are waiting on the docs sending back the documents they need to clarify that iam fit to drive coaches,lorries.So iam just being patient and biting my tongue until i get it back.
This weekend i have got a feeling in me bones  something is going to happen.The good factor feeling is still there but seems like i have a turbo boost going in them now.So after a good week just cannae wait for the weekend to start.
The question really is why iam feeling alive again after so long of being down and out with myself ?
Being with Zoe on the blind date is the answer :-)

Midweek update after Easter break

Well after what happenned to me last thursday was amazing.After being so long in my life thought i had lost the touch totally with being single for so long and still looking for a woman i can trust.But after last thursday blew the cob webs of my memory banks and i hadnt lost the give of the gab with i hope the perfect words on the blind date with Zoe. It was just what i needed :-)
Since then been like iam walking on air and feels great to have the feelings alive in me again.Even yesterday with swimming and my give of gab working i even did an xtra 5 lengths of pool.After went and had my Thai lunch and Shen made it perfect again.There is me with still a smile on my face and feeling alive again and my give of the gab working and even called into to say hi at Yoko and made my eyes work and hope they sent the right signals to Becky with my give of gab working aswell.When i went into market Kelly was working on her stall and i give her some stick for walking by me last thursday with her nose up in the air.So me with the right words what i said to Kelly with her ignoring she could say sorry enough but seeing Kelly sparkle in her eyes just made it up.As Kelly does know she is awesome and as she served me was just perfect.Yes i did buy i another pair of trainers from her ;-)
Midweek update wee bit early as its only 8.56am here but hell the sun is out and i feel alive again :-)
