The week started of real good and even on wednesday things was looking good ! (but it changed on thursday)
The post about child benefit problem i have for my daughter Diane took another twist on thursday when i received a call from child benefit office complaints manager Leslie to tell me the other it was trying to claim for my daughter.Hold on 24 hrs earlier when i spoke to Leslie she told me they heard nothing from the it.Which the 10th march was deadline day and she recieved from the it. eeemmmmm does not sound right.I talked to Leslie for about 35mins on phone going through everything and i asked Leslie to write me a letter as i dont have any letters from the complaints dept and she said she would and send the letters aswell with reply letters of more evidence up to date.I said ok np BUT
When i called back about an hour later the complaints child benefit office the receptionist answered the phone i asked to talk to Leslie thats when the receptionist said that Leslie said she had nothing more to do with my case as she past it on to another manager.I said what i need to speak to a manager now and she said she will tell Leslie this time but i said i want to speak to a manager now and the receptionist hung up on me.
I tried to call back but was engaged all the time.
Now that is the complaints office for child benefit being run by a receptionist
After whats gone on since november 2010 on my case and the way i been used and abused by the child benefit call centres and supervisors and managers and when i got the complaints dept 4th jan 2011 they ignored me with excuses until i got the ajudicator involved they give me the number for the complaints dept and that is when Leslie took the case on until yesterday when a receptionist took it over.How ever i did get a call back from Leslie an hour later and i asked after talking with here in the morning why i wasnt told she handed the case to someone else.She said its gone to the technical dept now but i asked why not tell in the morning no answer.So now i was really peed off as the child benefit complaints department and all the rest of the departments of child benefit since the 9.11.10 done nothing but used and abuse me all the time
It must be they dont like single dads who bring there children up or its cause iam English lived here all my life
and iam not asylum seeker but if i was no doubt they would pay the child benefit and put in a 5star house
You see they really peed me off now in big style and they are the ones who work for the goverment offices who decide who gets the money or not and they get away with it.
The post what i said about Virgin its taken a new twist until today after i was with them in january for 7days but as it was cancelled in the cooling of period as what they offered and what i wanted it was totally out the window.So i cancelled the package in the 7 day cooling of period so i would not be charged BUT thats when the scam in there customer service started against me.
The first mac code virgin give me so Hive could take over the broadband it already had been used.So back on phone to Virgin to get another one but at same time Virgin where billing me aswell even though iam not with them now. aaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhh
So called them up to see why and i wanted to talk to a manager but the call operator was abusive to me on the phone and would not get a manager for me and in the end up he was so agressive i said bye
The next call to Virgin customer service another operator was abusive to me and would not put me through to a manager either and again i had to end call.
Now twice they done that to me Virgin customer service they will not do it a third time to me.
The same time i was getting emails from Virgin saying about how much was outstanding and when i wrote an email to tell them it was cancelled in the 7 cooling period but the next emails from Virgin was saying to get me to call them but after what happenned to me calling Virgin customer service i said no in the emails and told them to get a manager to call me but no calls but a computer called me 3 times and i waited then it was cut off before i got to talk to human at Virgin.
As some of my work is c.s.i customer service investigator this was up my line of work.
So i was waiting for a call or an letter but nothing.So the last email i did say in it that the one who runs and owns Virgin i will take him to court as he is responsible for the state of customer service in Virgin.
No reply to that email yet
This morning i did get a call from credit solutions ltd and they work for Virgin and they chase the non payments people but i dont owe Virgin anything.
Kath who works for CSL was the lady i was talking to and we went through everything as she had my Virgin account in front of her on screen and she seen that it was cancelled in the 7 day cooling period
Kath was great and to tell you she knows her customer service 100%
After on phone with her i was smiling as it was great to talk to someone who was working for Virgin through CSL at long last someone belived me as it was on my Virgin account whats happenned but as the Virgin offices dont talk to each other they dont know whats been going on.
Kath asked me to call Virgin and ask to speak to customer service and explain whats been going on and not to lose my temper.Me under Kaths power i did call them at lunch time and explained to the person the phone as he looked at my account and i told him whats going on and he could see that aswell.So asked if i could talk to a manager and he said ok will get a manager to call me this afternoon and i said ok but i said if no one gets in touch with me by 16.30hrs 11.03.11 i will take the owner of Virgin to court as its his fault the way he runs the company.
Its is now 15.55hrs and no call from Virgin manager yet not long to deadline time!
Kath thankyou for being great with me on phone this morning i owe you a cup of tea and biccy on me
Credit Solutions boss take note Kaths customer service was perfect.
