End Of Week at last

This last 5 days i was ready for it and all the crap from the problems whats going on.To tell you it did try me very hard and even today it was getting the better of me but last thing this afternoon got my brain settled down.That was about my work history and for what the future could be for me.
The child benefit ofice have past it on to the technical dept and i waited all week for the letter.Belive it or not it landed today asking for some more evidence.As the evidence they had was out of date mine you they did say they never received it even though they had it.For 2 months before they admitted they had it.Also the letter was with it from Lesley the complaints manager but did not say what i thought it would but at least its the first letter since 09.11.10 when they stopped the child benefit for my daughter.Still its all in a mess and with me not working and keeping my daughter going to her college but with out child benefit money since 9.11.10 so my Jsa is what has been used instead as the so called child benefit office cant get there finger out as they know they just use innocent parents and get away with it...
Not until they tried it on me and iam like a brick wall and i will stop the corrupt child benefit office,complaints office,call centres and there head office in Washington Newcastle  and get the money back what they owe my daughter and me.
The other problem with Virgin well it again was a farce on monday with there customer service as again i was lied to and get this a supervisor at Virgin customer relations said he was a manager and i belived him until he put me on hold then it went dead and when i called back he gone on a break and i called back 20 mins later he gone home and he is only a supervisor.
I was put on to a real manager called Kylie and after a long talk with what was going on as she is a manageress she had me smiling by the end of the call and as Kylie was the first on customer service at Virgin who knew how to treat a customer with respect not like all the other ones at Virgin who used and abused me since the problem started.
Never guess what the account with Virgin i had was cancelled in the 7 day cooling of period so it was cancelled but Virgin customer service did tell the next dept but somewhere along the Virgin line they didnt cancell it and they carried on charging me until 14.03.11 when kylie cancelled it for real.But hold on it was cancelled on the 27.01.11 with no charge.But they still charged me and get this even the so called manager Danny (supervisor)come up with an excuse about mac code and he must think iam so F------ stupid.
The next day i called to speak to Kylie and never guess who answered phone at customer relations it was Danny the so called manager who F----- of the day before and when i said i need to speak to Kylie and also said about him talking and going of he said did i.
But as i was fully load with the perfect words no way the it could do it again to me.
I did talk to kylie and it was only over email what she sent to me as it didnt arrive as it went to my virgin email but its all closed down by Virgin.So she sent it to my right email but i have to write to there head office they tell them whats happenned and them to wipe the bill of all together as it was all cancelled by me in the 7 day cooling period.
So much of there corrupt customer service at Virgin is unbelivable what is going on and then getting away with it until they come up against me.
My team Liverpool didnt win last night and out of europa cup now and only the league left.After whats happenned at Liverpool the last they years it will take time for Kenny to build them back up.We just have to be patient.
Last night on Twitter after game and with Karen on twit cam and her runny nose just made me smile to end the night of.
Today went ok but wasnt till talking to Ross in a meeting about my plans for work etc picked me back up.So iam ready for the weekend  to chill out the best i can
