midweek update

So far this week things sort of going to plan and even my shoulder is back to being ok after a blip in my muscle last friday.To tell you the pain was crap in hell when tried to sleep at night with shoulder muscle strained.
As on monday got good news that the employability link worker they would pay for medical to help me get rid of stumbling block what stops me from getting work with buses on lorries and other work aswell.
This morning doing my excercise at 5.45am with not much pain  in my shoulder and when out for speed walk it was the wet drizzle and it soaked me but still walked a mile and half.Even this afternoon did it all again and it felt great.So in morning will get up at 5.30am excercise for an hour then if i can do it will be swimming at 11am in Carlisle swimming baths.
With being here at home tonight and Waterloo Road on tv  get us all talking and tweeting for a bit of banter what will happen but we didnt expect Twitter going offline at 20.00hrs and not back on until 21.07hrs.So few coments on Facebook with Twitter
One thing is that at the end of the episode Jonah said to Cesca to get married at Gretna Green and they showed clips at end for next weeks  episode M6 signs for Gretna Green.Well i never as i know it was recorded last year here and better keep my lips sealed about what will happen in the last episode of this series
You see i only live 3 miles from Gretna Green and yes been a lot of tv soap weddings there and real weddings aswell. You just have to wait to see what will happen next week.

Start of a new week

Over the weekend sort of been quiet for me apart from my right shoulder muscle what twinged last week and on friday it got worse.So from friday been in a wee bit pain with my muscle being like hell in my shoulder.Its still not right now but feels its getting better a wee bit now.
So over the weekend not on computer much as couldnt type as pain was shooting down arm aahh.My hot radox salts bath did help and will have a another hot radox salts bath today aswell.As my excercise this morning at 6am i did most of and speed walk aswell.At moment with the muscle cream on my shoulder it does feel a bit better.What i could do with is with it being massaged by a woman just to take the negative vibes away but problem there need to find myself a woman who could massage me and put the positive vibes back in me.
Now that would cure me and take away the pain.

end of week update

Well this last week been sort of different ina lot of ways .As the 2 main problems i have at moment is no further forward as waiting for updated letters what i need as the ones they have are out of date as they lost them for 2 months even though they had them at child benefit office all the time.As Virgin the main letters where sent on thursday and they recieved them as the signed for them but as they will send it on the magic round about at Virgin head office cause they do that.Anyways at moment both problems are in limbo status at moment.
Here this last week with being Carlisle on tuesday i went swimming for an hour and it was a great feeling to have in me after being 6 years since i last had a swim.So with doing my excercise an hour twice a day for the last 15 months at home and speed walk.With swimming on tuesday just knocked me for 10 so i went back on thursday and will carry on doing swimming twice a week to build myself up with my excercise i do 6 days a week but not sunday its my lazy chill out day.
When my fat is off me then will make happier with myself what i have to do to get rid of fat.
My daughter Diane is back today at home after train was stopped as a fire online between Newcastle and Carlisle.
So chance for a good talk with Diane while she is here.The way things are she will get transfered back to Dumfries college which will be better for her and she will not need to travel to York each week like she does as this her home here not York.
Other things this last week the medical what i need is next week and then i can get driving the buses and lorries what i should make more money on.
So this last week been slightly different but hell the sun was out all day today so looks like spring is here and never guess what tonight i spring clean my house as it needed doing as its spring here now.

eeeemmmmm midweek update

Dont we we love the eemmm part in problems when so much going on and then it goes quiet for a week while things are getting reloaded with all the 100% evidence i have but the 2 problems i have not heard a squeak from them.No doubt when they receive  the letters from me they will come up with excuses again.
Anyways this week going sort of ok for me and even yesterday in Carlisle i went swimming for an hour and hell i loved it as with doing my excercise here at home and speed walk.As not done swimming for a long time so now added it in twice week with my excercise i do each day apart from sunday as its my lazy chill out day of the week.
With My Diane here this friday will give me a chance to get cooking skills back up while she is here and by the way looks of it she will be back here at the college in Dumfries.
Tonight i should be online and after Waterloo road Karen well be on Twitcam so will be on to chat.

Start of week

To be amazed with the out nearly all day and its monday with no rain  and my day is sort of going well so far.Things are going all together like i hoped for what makes a change on a monday.Normally something kicks back a few steps but today using my powerful words over certain problems and a new venture i want.I went a few steps forward by hell it fells good.Just hope i can keep it going for the rest of the week

The weekend is closing

This weekend been here really good think to myself on how to write the letters to the 2 problems i have with child benefit and Virgin.Last night in my hot radox salts bath got me thinking with what words what to use in the letters.I got out bath got my pencil and my note book  and wrote all what i had a good think of. Infact in bath for 65 mins and i wrote 8 pages in my note book for the letters to go to the 2 main problems i have.
Just shows you a hot radox salts bath is just 100% to relax in and get my brain working aswell.
Today with being the only day i dont do my speed walk but still had a ly in and did some excercise here at home.Sunday is the only day of the week i try to chill out and today it gone well and will be ready for this week in nearly perfect condition.
Apart from my right shoulder i tweaked the muscle on friday and its been aahhhhhh since then until hot bath and today just working it gently with my hand.Think its about time to get a woman here that can massage me now and then.Mission to find a woman i can trust
I was on pal talk for a while aswell in Tazy room and i did play tunes for a bit infact was a laugh when i was on mic with tunes and topic on conversations we where having.
Today my team  Liverpool beat Sunderland  2-0 so made my go better aswell.
Well its nearly over the weekend and time to just relax for the rest of the evening

End Of Week at last

This last 5 days i was ready for it and all the crap from the problems whats going on.To tell you it did try me very hard and even today it was getting the better of me but last thing this afternoon got my brain settled down.That was about my work history and for what the future could be for me.
The child benefit ofice have past it on to the technical dept and i waited all week for the letter.Belive it or not it landed today asking for some more evidence.As the evidence they had was out of date mine you they did say they never received it even though they had it.For 2 months before they admitted they had it.Also the letter was with it from Lesley the complaints manager but did not say what i thought it would but at least its the first letter since 09.11.10 when they stopped the child benefit for my daughter.Still its all in a mess and with me not working and keeping my daughter going to her college but with out child benefit money since 9.11.10 so my Jsa is what has been used instead as the so called child benefit office cant get there finger out as they know they just use innocent parents and get away with it...
Not until they tried it on me and iam like a brick wall and i will stop the corrupt child benefit office,complaints office,call centres and there head office in Washington Newcastle  and get the money back what they owe my daughter and me.
The other problem with Virgin well it again was a farce on monday with there customer service as again i was lied to and get this a supervisor at Virgin customer relations said he was a manager and i belived him until he put me on hold then it went dead and when i called back he gone on a break and i called back 20 mins later he gone home and he is only a supervisor.
I was put on to a real manager called Kylie and after a long talk with what was going on as she is a manageress she had me smiling by the end of the call and as Kylie was the first on customer service at Virgin who knew how to treat a customer with respect not like all the other ones at Virgin who used and abused me since the problem started.
Never guess what the account with Virgin i had was cancelled in the 7 day cooling of period so it was cancelled but Virgin customer service did tell the next dept but somewhere along the Virgin line they didnt cancell it and they carried on charging me until 14.03.11 when kylie cancelled it for real.But hold on it was cancelled on the 27.01.11 with no charge.But they still charged me and get this even the so called manager Danny (supervisor)come up with an excuse about mac code and he must think iam so F------ stupid.
The next day i called to speak to Kylie and never guess who answered phone at customer relations it was Danny the so called manager who F----- of the day before and when i said i need to speak to Kylie and also said about him talking and going of he said did i.
But as i was fully load with the perfect words no way the it could do it again to me.
I did talk to kylie and it was only over email what she sent to me as it didnt arrive as it went to my virgin email but its all closed down by Virgin.So she sent it to my right email but i have to write to there head office they tell them whats happenned and them to wipe the bill of all together as it was all cancelled by me in the 7 day cooling period.
So much of there corrupt customer service at Virgin is unbelivable what is going on and then getting away with it until they come up against me.
My team Liverpool didnt win last night and out of europa cup now and only the league left.After whats happenned at Liverpool the last they years it will take time for Kenny to build them back up.We just have to be patient.
Last night on Twitter after game and with Karen on twit cam and her runny nose just made me smile to end the night of.
Today went ok but wasnt till talking to Ross in a meeting about my plans for work etc picked me back up.So iam ready for the weekend  to chill out the best i can

Midweek Update

So far this week since my lazy day on sunday and my brain cell refreshed.It was loaded on full power on monday and so far things looking a bit better on the problems with child benefit and Virgin media   BUT i dont count the chickens before they hatch.
The child benefit problem has been handed to another department from the complaints department to the technical department and iam waiting for a letter from the technical dept  and iam still waiting for the letter from Lesley in the complaints dept  what i asked for her to send and she said she has sent it but its not here yet.As i need that letter as evidence and after the receptionist was making the decisions last week makes me wonder if it will appear here at my house.As my friend who is a lawyer said i need a letter from them before we can take it further as so far since 9.11.10  no letter at all to confirm whats going on apart from asking me for evidence over my daughter living with me.
The child benefit office what are at fault as so far they not done one thing yet to right over the case.By the way i have talked to 23 people at the call centres and head office of child benefit  and the complaints department and recorded 7 calls aswell with there permission to record them.
But so far its now the 16.03.11  and they have dug themselves in a big hole and they will not get out of it.
The Virgin media going on well iam full loaded to take  them on and belive it or not again no call from a manager and a so called manager who is just as supervisor talking me to me and the excuse was silly made me annoyed.But when he put me on hold to talk to another dept it was cut off and never guess what i called back and was told he went on a break he works in customer relations at virgin media as a supervisor not a manager and its  Danny.
As no call back from him i called again (its ok i know how corrupt virgin customer service is now) But it was Joe who talked to me and told me Danny went home OMG  he then got a real manager for me to talk to.
The manageress is Kylie and she read whats was going on and after an hour on phone with me.
Kylie was the first Virgin personal who knew how to treat a customer and to listen to whats going on.It was great feeling in me that Kylie knew what she was doing and saying not like all the other customer service people at Virgin who treat customers like an it.
She could see what was really going on and why and yes i cancelled my Virgin media account within the 7 days cooling off period .Thats means its cancelled not like they carried on charging me as one Virgin dept does not talk to another or its someone who was meant to cancell my account didnt cancell it so they carried on charging me.But get this they only cancelled in on the monday 14th march but hold on my company what i use Hive have had it 5 weeks prior to that but Virgin still say they had it BUT no they havent as i did cancell it in the 7 day cooling off period back on the 27th january 2011.
Now with talking with the only one who i can trust Kylie who works on customer relations at Virgin looks like iam getting some where.At least Kylie knows how to work on customer servcie not like all the customer services operators i talked to prior to Kylie  and that is  i think about 10 who havent a clue what to do but they get paid from Richard Branson who is the fool but how many innocent customers like me have been used by the corrupt ones on customer services at Virgin.
Kylie i owe you  a cup of coffee and iam still racking my brain cell to know when we have talked to each other before.
So so far this week my 1 and only brain cell is still working in order and ready for the rest of the week

weekend is over

Been quiet for me over weekend and as today i have chilled out all day as i needed to.After what happenned end of last week and me now chilled out iam ready for all the crap excuses they fire at me this next week.
As my one and only brain cell is now ok and will work in style this next week by hell it feels great its working
Time to go and get some sleep as will be up at 5.30am in the morning to get the day started with an hour excercise so that iam ready for the week in fine form.

Battle Ground

Battle Ground against Virgin Media  has commenced As no manager called me before 16.30hrs it went by as they where told when i called them today if the manager didnt get back to me by 16.30hrs today   i will take the owner of Virgin to court after what his customer service has done to me as he is responsible as he runs the company yes you Richard Branson see you in court.

End of week Update

The week started of real good and even on wednesday things was looking good ! (but it changed on thursday)
The post about child benefit problem i have for my daughter Diane took another twist on thursday when i received a call from child benefit office complaints manager Leslie to tell me the other it was trying to claim for my daughter.Hold on 24 hrs earlier when i spoke to Leslie she told me they heard nothing from the it.Which the 10th march was deadline day and she recieved from the it. eeemmmmm does not sound right.I talked to Leslie for about 35mins on phone going through everything and i asked Leslie to write me a letter as i dont have any letters from the complaints dept and she said she would and send the letters aswell with reply letters of more evidence up to date.I said ok np BUT
When i called back about an hour later the complaints child benefit office the receptionist answered the phone i asked to talk to Leslie thats when the receptionist  said that Leslie said she had nothing more to do with my case as she past it on to another manager.I said what i need to speak to a manager now and she said she will tell Leslie this time but i said i want to speak to a manager now and the receptionist hung up on me.
I tried to call back but was engaged all the time.
Now that is the complaints office for child benefit being run by a receptionist
After whats gone on since november 2010 on my case and the way i been used and abused by the child benefit call centres and supervisors and managers and when i got the complaints dept 4th jan 2011 they ignored me with excuses until i got the ajudicator involved they give me the number for the complaints dept and that is when Leslie took the case on until yesterday when a receptionist took it over.How ever i did get a call back from Leslie an hour later and i asked after talking with here in the morning why i wasnt told she handed the case to someone else.She said its gone to the technical dept now but i asked why not tell in the morning no answer.So now i was really peed off as the child benefit complaints department and all the rest of the departments of child benefit since the 9.11.10 done nothing but used and abuse me all the time
It must be they dont like single dads who bring there children up or its cause iam English lived here all my life
and iam not asylum seeker but if i was no doubt they would pay the child benefit and put in a 5star house
You see  they really peed me off now in big style and they are the ones who work for the goverment offices who decide who gets the money or not and they get away with it.
The post what i said about Virgin its taken a new twist until today after i was with them in january for 7days but as it was cancelled in the cooling of period as what they offered and what i wanted it was totally out the window.So i cancelled the package in the 7 day cooling of period so i would not be charged BUT thats when the scam in there customer service started against me.
The first mac code virgin give me so Hive could take over the broadband it already had been used.So back on phone to Virgin to get another one but at same time Virgin where billing me aswell even though iam not with them now. aaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhh
So called them up to see why and i wanted to talk to a manager but the call operator was abusive to me on the phone and would not get a manager for me and in the end up he was so agressive i said bye
The next call to Virgin customer service another operator was abusive to me and would not put me through to a manager either and again i  had to end call.
Now twice they done that to me Virgin customer service they will not do it a third time to me.
The same time i was getting emails from Virgin saying about how much was outstanding and when i wrote an email to tell them it was cancelled in the 7 cooling period but the next emails from Virgin was saying to get me to call them but after what happenned to me calling Virgin customer service i said no in the emails and told them to get a manager to call me but no calls but a computer called me 3 times and i waited then it was cut off before i got to talk to human at Virgin.
As some of my work is c.s.i customer service investigator this was up my line of work.
So i was waiting for a call or an letter but nothing.So the last email i did say in it that the one who runs and owns Virgin i will take him to court as he is responsible for the state of customer service in Virgin.
No reply to that email yet
This morning i did get a call from credit solutions ltd and they work for Virgin and they chase the non payments people but i dont owe Virgin anything.
Kath who works for CSL was the lady i was talking to and we went through everything as she had my Virgin account in front of her on screen and she seen that it was cancelled in the 7 day cooling period
Kath was great and to tell you she knows her customer service 100%
After on phone with her i was smiling as it was great to talk to someone who was working for Virgin through CSL at long last someone belived me as it was on my Virgin account whats happenned but as the Virgin offices dont talk to each other they dont know whats been going on.
Kath asked me to call Virgin and ask to speak to customer service and explain whats been going on and not to lose my temper.Me under Kaths power i did call them at lunch time and explained to the person the phone as he looked at my account and i told him whats going on and he could see that aswell.So asked if i could talk to a manager and he said ok will get a manager to call me this afternoon and i said ok but i said if no one gets in touch with me by 16.30hrs 11.03.11 i will take the owner of Virgin to court as its his fault the way he runs the company.
Its is now 15.55hrs and no call from Virgin manager yet not long to deadline time!

Midweek update

Infact so far this week its been different.Even today it was great out on my excercise walk at 6am and the sun just come up but 2 hours later it was raining then stopped then it snowed and then rain again then sun back out for an hour.Now weird or what with the weather today.
Other things so far new keyboard+mouse here today got my bath siliconed sealed around it but this week i found out the docs put the medical charge up to £95 now.So will have to save a bit more before i can get medical done for HGV etc licence.As you cant get medical done on nhs it has to be private and it was £82   6 months ago but now its £95.Another thing that gone up with vat etc
My daughter Diane went to see All Time Low on monday night and she had a great time apart from a man dancing in front of her and slipped and head butted Diane.She is ok and the concert was brilliant she told me.

End of weekend

Well its been a different weekend for me.With my team Liverpool beating Man U brilliant but as Awesome one got back to me aswell.So really here myself the weekend went better than i thought and belive it or not to finish the weekend off iam watching one of the best films Jaws.

End of week update

Well at begining of week started with a smile on my face and finishing the week of with a smile aswell.But from monday to wednesday not really a smile but wednesday morning it was back on my face thanks Sam.Today i was stuck for words for what i was told infact i was knocked clean of my feet thankyou Alma.
So with things going wrong with internet and other problems this last week for me but as i started of in a happy wave length and through the week still on the happy wave length.I handled the problems easier and sorted them out np.
Through the week helped my dad getting the new shed sorted out and replace coal bunker lid awell and getting dads garden looking better aswell with garage not there anymore.
As my friends as far as i know they been busy this last week aswell so couldnt catch up on the hot gossip with them online.As  i couldnt get online most of the week until server sorted problem out with help from me.
To be really honest its the last few weeks i havent been online much and really enjoyed the break away from computer.
This weekend will do a bit through saturday but as night time arrives its my chance to treat myself to a hot radox salts bath with great tunes on and then chill out all day sunday and watch Liverpool kick Man u arse at Anfield.

Midweek Update

Well the week started of good on monday but at 17.30hrs my internet went off line and took until this morning to get it back on.Me having a break away from computer for over an week and ready to get caught up on computer this week but never asked for connection to go walk about until this morning.As i talked to tech engineers but we couldnt get it back on until i was told the tag was IPI on my line bt as i didnt know who that was with the tag on my line.So called the customer service back up to see who it was and Sarah helped me out the best she could but a IPI was closed at 17.30hrs had to wait until this morning but Sarah did email them.Still no internet last night and for a change for me to watch tv last night.
This morning i was on phone as the IPI office does not open util 9am.So called Hive customers service up to get an update and never guess what my wee flower Sam answered the phone and hell again i had sam smiling even though i was angry over broadband connection not being on.Sam being her said Sarah just came in and an email from IPI with the correct log in details for me.There iam having a laugh with Sam on phone and put correct details in and yessss i was back online.
Now with Sam i already owe her a cup of tea from helping me before now this time the cup of tea will have a chocolate muffin as thankyou from me.
Come to think about it think i should go down there and take the ladies out for a cup of tea on me.
Well its wednesday night midweek been eventful so far for the week.I wonder what the rest of the week will bring for me.
