This last week i have been busy in all cases and my one and only brain cell is worn out.Through the week my new washing machine arrived and rain the other day aswell grounded me so house got cleaned top to bottom.As for work i hate waiting game mine you its like every year after xmas no work about ahhh.
With this update i was writing about child benefit last week and still no letters or decisions made but today talked to one person at the child benefit office and she called me back and told me what was really going on but at same time i got another all from Peter at Newcastle office with another story for me.Its a mess and they have just used me since 9.11.10.I have been lied to and so many of then dont know what to do but what they should not have done is do it to me.Iam publishing now the surface of the evidence just to tell whats going on and let other innocent parents who gone through the same to let me know aswell.

With my daughter being 16 and leaving secondry school.She applied to go to college and was accepted.So me being her dad and in full custody of my daughter Diane Darlington i applied for child benefit for the next year with her being at college and living here.All went through ok and letters to confirm everything.
As payment goes in on a tuesday for which helped to provide the best for daughter while she is at college for food,clothes,travel etc.
But on the 9.11.10 no payment went in for child benefit.So i called my bank to make sure it was not there and it was not there.Then i called the Child Benefit office and they told me it was suspended as someone else was claiming the child benefit for my daughter.They told me on phone that they would investigate the case and will let me know when they decide on there answer.That week i called 3 times to that office and still suspended but was told it was my daughters mother trying to claim the child benefit but as it was suspended she didnt get the money.
Me called the following week on the 16.11.10 and still they hadnt decided and still no letter to me.The rest of that week i called another 3 times still no decision made.The call centres who talked to where in Bathgate and Newcastle and Ireland and Peterlee.
The rest of november i called 3 or 4 times each week and still no decision.my daughter going to college and me struggle with money to pay for her travel,food etc.But no call or letter from child benefit over there decision.End of november 2010
1st December 2010 called the child benefit office and was told they made decison the day before to pay her mother and i said what so it was suspended.They done that at the child benefit office with no evidence at all. I was livid.
I called the child benefit office in december about 16 times between each call centre what answers the calls and i recorded some of the calls and took all there names aswell.
End of 2010 and no decision from the child benefit office on who they are going to pay the child benefit for my daughter.With work scarce here i was struggling so i borrowed money so that my daughter did not miss out on her college.With bills to pay and as the last 10 years i have brought my Diane alone and i hope i have done ok.
With this about child benefit not being paid and the office what makes the decisions who should get the money without looking at evidence at all.Makes me wonder why are they working in a office even the call centre managers dont know there names they just can only electronic internal emails only.
With 2011 here i stamped my feet down.The 4th jan 2011 when i talked to a manager at Bathgate call centre me and him put a complaint in and that department had 15 days to correspond to me
Today 11.2.2011 so far no letter at all from the complaints department.Again in jan 2011 on the phone to them about 3 or 4 times each week and still no letter from them.
Last week 3.2.2011 about 17hrs i got a call from Michele manager at Bathgate call centre to tell me the reason why they didnt write to me they where waiting on the letter of proof from me but it was sent in and registered and Michele told me they didnt have it but 3 of her colleagues did tell they received it and it was signed for aswell.
Now michele even said was i calling her a liar and i was fuming and i said not you as the excuse why they didnt get in touch with me in the 15 days was feeble.As the evidence was sent and they had it there so with michele telling me they didnt have it! Someone in that office is lying or just covering up whats really going on.I come off phone as i was fumming.
The next morning i called and this time i spoke to Faye and she checked it out and it said on her screen they had that evidence like other colleagues told me they received it not like what michele said the day before.
This last week i called child benefit 4 times and still no decison and no letters here from them yet.
Today i had a talked to Faye and she was positive with me and she did get back to me and tell me that Angela at Newcastle office would handle it as thats where the decisons where made and told her everything what i said whats happenned since the november 2010.Also after talking to Faye i got a call from Peter at the Newcastle office to tell me he would handle it and never guess what he had the letters i sent in as evidence in front of him.So i asked him twice and yes he had them! So where did the manager/supervisor Michelle at Bathgate call centre get the reason to tell me they didnt get them and that i had to send them again.
Well its coming up to 16.30hrs 11.2.11 After today and since the 9.11.10 this started iam publishing it on the web as its all legal.
