Well its been a good weekend for me after having a better week last week.Today being sunday lazy day for me well a bit different i was away with Eddie at 7.45am this morning to Hawick for his daughter Junes furniture to his garage for storage as she is moving to Peterbrough.So no chance of relaxing until tonight on my lazy sunday.My daughter Diane still enjoying her mid term break from college.
My dad is ok aswell and he is proud with the work on the new shed and old garage we took down last week
The only downer of today Liverpool my footie team got beat aaahhhhhh but as they are only in recovery progress after being down for so long it will take time for Liverpool on the road of recovery.
With me not being online on much the last 10 days give me a chance to get back to real life and just not computer life 24/7.
As for my real friends out there a far as i know they are all ok which good to here and will catch up with them this week for the gossip. Awesome Giorgia is doing very well being a brill mum and her work aswell.
Now i can go and hit my sack and get some decent sleep tonight

End of week 25.02.11
Well its been different this last week for me in allways.I had my eyes openned up agian over a few things but all in a good way.Benn busy at my dads this last week with garage being replaced etc.So not really had much time online but i needed a break away from being online.Just after a while need to get myself back in to real life and not just online life.
My daughter Diane is on her break from college and with her here all week instead of just 4 days let me cook etc more.My dad this last week been helping me with taken garage down infact garage older than me it was 51 years old.So a real bit of history in the family the garage from parking car but a;so birthday parties and new year parties aswell.But its now gone but all great memories will never die.
This last week i havent really missed computer but as my real friends know they can talk to me anytime not just on computer as they have my fone number and know iam there for them no matter what.But as i wrote a bit ago about so called friends they cant get a hold of me when iam not online as they dont have my fone number.
You see trust has to be there from start and that is when a real friendship is started.Not like so called friends as there is no trust from the start so that its just like spam.
Anyways the end of the week and iam in a happy mood with the last week going better for me and just want to enjoy the weekend and chill out but iam driving all day on sunday so no lazy sunday day for me.

Cats Words
The last 11 years i have brought my daughter Diane alone.Yes i met a few women but still searching for the woman i can trust.What iam saying its been hard for me as leaving her mum what i was not married to and my stepson coming with me aswell. I was driving home from work when a bus hit my car and killed me twice so what life support 9 days and i got through it.But not being right my daughter Diane mums just killed me more and she did.Like first day home she smacked my head of wall and left me lying there to die but i did not and then 3 months later stabbed me in the throat and i had surgical suffencenia.Cops wanted me to press charges for attemtped murder but i didnt as she said i would never see my daughter again.Me not being right after car accident i didnt as my daughter means the world to me.
Am I that so wrong a man bringing up his daughter alone as i have not met a woman who i can trust or a woman runs when i tell them my daughter lives here with me and iam her dad.
Now even with my head telling me to get to know a woman well a certain woman she runs aswell what has it got to take to find a woman out there who knows a cuddle means more than sex.
The otherthings is that after all court cases with car accident and over my daughter everything was sorted infact in court 27 times in the last 12 years York to Leeds etc.But now i have the child benefit office go and stop payment of £20.30 per week as someone else trying to claim for my daughter since nov 2010 and still not sorted out.
Me being a single parent an they have all the evidence and i have brought up my daughter alone the last 11years and they know it BUT that so called department went and stopped it to pay some one else and not look at any evidence.Now its child benefit but as i havent even had a letter and they where going to pay my daughters mother who lives with a drug dealer/runner and they know that but they stilled paid her since november 2010 (who made that decision?)
My Dianes mother not been to see her for 7 years as the last time police was involved to find Diane and then when they did took her to a safe house where i picked her up.
BUT child benefit office never looked at there case on my daughter so they paid the scam drug dealers/runners

cats midweek update
So far this week been going well for me and with my daughter on mid term break from college Diane is here all week aswell.So give me the chance to get cooking more dishes i can for Diane being here aswell (means more washing and ironing np) The other thing this last 3 days not been online as much as been busy with work at my dads build new shed and dismantling the old garage but really its good to get away from computer.You see it can be addictive computer and its good to have a break from it now and then.
The other things like child benefit its just the waiting game now but as i have the aces up my sleeve after what they done to me since nov 2010 over my daughters child benefit.They are on very thin line now and the slightest thing will break it as iam about so close to hit the button to get them all in court.
Its wednesday evening now we just had my garlic pasta dish what i make and it was ddddeeeellliiccoouussss
Now to chill out for an hour go and see my dad for few hours then its time to relax for the rest of the night

End of weekend
Will this weekend for me been better infact it went well and today on my chilled out day went better aswell.A weekend for me with no stress or being accused or even being ignored by anyone at all.
What did make it better over the weekend with my dad last night and we talked about a lot of things from the past and we laughed about great memories in our past.It was great to see my dad being a bit happier for a change and even tonight been with him the last few hours and he in the better mood aswell.Now cant ask for anything better to close the weekend of is to see my dad being a bit happier tonight to close the weekend off.
Time for me to go to bed and get some shut eye as have to be up at 5.30am

End of week update18.02.2011
This last week for me been a lot different in all ways.The thing is nothing went wrong a even when i went for certain work i was told i can talk the hind arse of a donkey.Just my gift for gab this last week been working perfect.
The child benefit problem is still not sorted out and when i talked with them the other day was told a few things that still dont add up.But did talk to the adjudicator in london who is working on the case as the problem is not only with me its happenned to so many other people aswell.The child benefit complaints department who never replied to me after two complaints.The first complaint was on the 4.01.11 they have 15 days to correspond with me but never did nor the second time either.The so called manager who told a complete lie that they didnt receive my documents about my daughter.Thats why the complaints department never corresponded with me.That is a total lie.
The one who said she was a manager at Bathgate call centre for child benefit is Michele she is the one what lied to me as other ones who lied aswell since the 9.11.10.
You see i have all 100% evidence against the child benefit office and call centres.They cant hide now

Other things this last week Liverpool doing better now since Kenny took over as manager.They are playing like they should play but will take time on the road of recovery.

The reason why i say iam Expendable.
I have real friends and so called friends aswell.As my real friends know me and we know we are there 100% for each other no matter what happens.
My real friends been there for me and me for them. When i or my real friends was down in the past we been there for each other.
So called friends are only there when they are down and then after i pick them back up they just walk away and forget about me but know iam there for them in future if they get down again.They know i will pick them back up out of the rut they are in.
Its the same with work i do my work 100% no matter what job iam given i will do it.When its finished the person who pays me etc.Know iam there for future to be used again thats why iam expendable.

Midweek update
Well i did say i would be a bit happier on wednesday and iam.(something wrong with me !!) Anyways the reason being talking to Nicky and Sam yesterday on phone talking about connection on broadband and phone etc and it was great to talk to them as there customer service was 100%.With being the end of there work day aswell made me feel proud that i made smile after a hard days work.
I owe you pair a cup of tea as you truly deserve it and a rich tea biscuit aswell so you can dip.
Now you know we will talk again soon and also you need an ear to bend give me a shout Nicky,Sam.

Its Valentines day 14th Febuary
Well what a start for the week for me.Ok no Valentines card here iam sad but as iam single iam not bothered
Today was something different since i woke up this morning i sort of know what it is.The child benefit case took another turn today as me talking to the Adjudicators on fone and what i was told is what i needed to hear.The child benefit complaints department have until lunch tomorrow to contact me if not then the Adjudicators will step in with my solicitor.As i do have 100% evidence for whats happenned.Even today i was on he dog and bone for nearly 2 hours after talking to 5 different people over the case.
Other things today on my hour excercise this morning at 6am i started to do more didnt plan it but it happened and i feel better for it.As this afternoon i went out and pushed myself more on the speed walk as the last call who i talked to at child benefit wouldnt listen to what i said.So my anger got sweated out of me and when i was on speed walk it rain and 2 rainbows close together.Now that is what you dont see often.
Tonight going to see my dad now and will chill out later when iam back home.
I never know might get a valentines kiss on twitter but iam never that lucky.

End of the chill out day
The last 7 days took toll on me as i wasnt ready for it.So my brain cell was out of action the last 24 hrs but last night and today music what got my head clear and back in working order tonight ready for the next week
Mind you the last 48hrs did actually open up my eyes over a few things aswell and tonight i know what to do and what is the right decision to make aswell over the one important thing.
There is one thing when you talk to someone but they just ignore you.Why cant they just tell me they dont want to talk to me instead of the ignoring ignorant game.Sad or what
One thing this next week i know on wednesday one thing will make me happy as i know already it will.

chilling out now for day
Yes its saturday and just back from dads and cooking my favourite garlic dish for dinner.As done my excercise for the day aswell and helped with the sun is out and warm.Now dinner cooking and will later on treat myself to a hot radox salts bath for an hour and then can have a ly in the morning as its my lazy day.
Music plays a big part in me so tonight while in bath for an hour will have Jean Michel Jarre tunes on as they all just get me to chill out more aswell as hot radox salts bath.Tell you what i need it as this last week just pushed me to far in all aspects whats been going so time to chill out in style.
The post what i put on yesterday about child benefit it is all true and that is just a skelton on whats been going on whats happenned to me.Its like this they have 5 call centres but the head office is Newcastle as the rest are only call centres and what they read on there screen is what the head office put on them but what they told me and the lies from the call centres about what was going on is just one big scam because what it says on there screens and what they tell you its totally different.As you can read in the post from yesterday.
The other thing whats got up my nose this last week why is it women hate it when i tell then the last 11years i brought my daughter up myself alone.The reason why i said that is that i dont bite but just whats was said to me the other day from a woman i nearly bit aaahhhh.
Anyways the next 36 hrs iam going to chill out and refresh myself and get ready for next week what i do really need is tlc but cant give myself tlc but the one and only awesome Giorgia could do that for me.(i wish it was real not just a dream)

End of Week Update
This last week i have been busy in all cases and my one and only brain cell is worn out.Through the week my new washing machine arrived and rain the other day aswell grounded me so house got cleaned top to bottom.As for work i hate waiting game mine you its like every year after xmas no work about ahhh.
With this update i was writing about child benefit last week and still no letters or decisions made but today talked to one person at the child benefit office and she called me back and told me what was really going on but at same time i got another all from Peter at Newcastle office with another story for me.Its a mess and they have just used me since 9.11.10.I have been lied to and so many of then dont know what to do but what they should not have done is do it to me.Iam publishing now the surface of the evidence just to tell whats going on and let other innocent parents who gone through the same to let me know aswell.

With my daughter being 16 and leaving secondry school.She applied to go to college and was accepted.So me being her dad and in full custody of my daughter Diane Darlington i applied for child benefit for the next year with her being at college and living here.All went through ok and letters to confirm everything.
As payment goes in on a tuesday for which helped to provide the best for daughter while she is at college for food,clothes,travel etc.
But on the 9.11.10 no payment went in for child benefit.So i called my bank to make sure it was not there and it was not there.Then i called the Child Benefit office and they told me it was suspended as someone else was claiming the child benefit for my daughter.They told me on phone that they would investigate the case and will let me know when they decide on there answer.That week i called 3 times to that office and still suspended but was told it was my daughters mother trying to claim the child benefit but as it was suspended she didnt get the money.
Me called the following week on the 16.11.10 and still they hadnt decided and still no letter to me.The rest of that week i called another 3 times still no decision made.The call centres who talked to where in Bathgate and Newcastle and Ireland and Peterlee.
The rest of november i called 3 or 4 times each week and still no decision.my daughter going to college and me struggle with money to pay for her travel,food etc.But no call or letter from child benefit over there decision.End of november 2010
1st December 2010 called the child benefit office and was told they made decison the day before to pay her mother and i said what so it was suspended.They done that at the child benefit office with no evidence at all. I was livid.
I called the child benefit office in december about 16 times between each call centre what answers the calls and i recorded some of the calls and took all there names aswell.
End of 2010 and no decision from the child benefit office on who they are going to pay the child benefit for my daughter.With work scarce here i was struggling so i borrowed money so that my daughter did not miss out on her college.With bills to pay and as the last 10 years i have brought my Diane alone and i hope i have done ok.
With this about child benefit not being paid and the office what makes the decisions who should get the money without looking at evidence at all.Makes me wonder why are they working in a office even the call centre managers dont know there names they just can only electronic internal emails only.
With 2011 here i stamped my feet down.The 4th jan 2011 when i talked to a manager at Bathgate call centre me and him put a complaint in and that department had 15 days to correspond to me
Today 11.2.2011 so far no letter at all from the complaints department.Again in jan 2011 on the phone to them about 3 or 4 times each week and still no letter from them.
Last week 3.2.2011 about 17hrs i got a call from Michele manager at Bathgate call centre to tell me the reason why they didnt write to me they where waiting on the letter of proof from me but it was sent in and registered and Michele told me they didnt have it but 3 of her colleagues did tell they received it and it was signed for aswell.
Now michele even said was i calling her a liar and i was fuming and i said not you as the excuse why they didnt get in touch with me in the 15 days was feeble.As the evidence was sent and they had it there so with michele telling me they didnt have it! Someone in that office is lying or just covering up whats really going on.I come off phone as i was fumming.
The next morning i called and this time i spoke to Faye and she checked it out and it said on her screen they had that evidence like other colleagues told me they received it not like what michele said the day before.
This last week i called child benefit 4 times and still no decison and no letters here from them yet.
Today i had a talked to Faye and she was positive with me and she did get back to me and tell me that Angela at Newcastle office would handle it as thats where the decisons where made and told her everything what i said whats happenned since the november 2010.Also after talking to Faye i got a call from Peter at the Newcastle office to tell me he would handle it and never guess what he had the letters i sent in as evidence in front of him.So i asked him twice and yes he had them! So where did the manager/supervisor Michelle at Bathgate call centre get the reason to tell me they didnt get them and that i had to send them again.
Well its coming up to 16.30hrs 11.2.11 After today and since the 9.11.10 this started iam publishing it on the web as its all legal.

Child Benefit Diane Darlington Father Adrian Kirk
With my daughter being 16 and leaving secondry school.She applied to go to college and was accepted.So me being her dad and in full custody of my daughter Diane Darlington i applied for child benefit for the next year with her being at college and living here.All went through ok and letters to confirm everything.
As payment goes in on a tuesday for which helped to provide the best for daughter while she is at college for food,clothes,travel etc.
But on the 9.11.10 no payment went in for child benefit.So i called my bank to make sure it was not there and it was not there.Then i called the Child Benefit office and they told me it was suspended as someone else was claiming the child benefit for my daughter.They told me on phone that they would investigate the case and will let me know when they decide on there answer.That week i called 3 times to that office and still suspended but was told it was my daughters mother trying to claim the child benefit but as it was suspended she didnt get the money.
Me called the following week on the 16.11.10 and still they hadnt decided and still no letter to me.The rest of that week i called another 3 times still no decision made.The call centres who talked to where in Bathgate and Newcastle and Ireland and Peterlee.
The rest of november i called 3 or 4 times each week and still no decision.my daughter going to college and me struggle with money to pay for her travel,food etc.But no call or letter from child benefit over there decision.End of november 2010
1st December 2010 called the child benefit office and was told they made decison the day before to pay her mother and i said what so it was suspended.They done that at the child benefit office with no evidence at all. I was livid.
I called the child benefit office in december about 16 times between each call centre what answers the calls and i recorded some of the calls and took all there names aswell.
End of 2010 and no decision from the child benefit office on who they are going to pay the child benefit for my daughter.With work scarce here i was struggling so i borrowed money so that my daughter did not miss out on her college.With bills to pay and as the last 10 years i have brought my Diane alone and i hope i have done ok.
With this about child benefit not being paid and the office what makes the decisions who should get the money without looking at evidence at all.Makes me wonder why are they working in a office even the call centre managers dont know there names they just can only electronic internal emails only.
With 2011 here i stamped my feet down.The 4th jan 2011 when i talked to a manager at Bathgate call centre me and him put a complaint in and that department had 15 days to correspond to me
Today 11.2.2011 so far no letter at all from the complaints department.Again in jan 2011 on the phone to them about 3 or 4 times each week and still no letter from them.
Last week 3.2.2011 about 17hrs i got a call from Michele manager at Bathgate call centre to tell me the reason why they didnt write to me they where waiting on the letter of proof from me but it was sent in and registered and Michele told me they didnt have it but 3 of her colleagues did tell they received it and it was signed for aswell.
Now michele even said was i calling her a liar and i was fuming and i said not you as the excuse why they didnt get in touch with me in the 15 days was feeble.As the evidence was sent and they had it there so with michele telling me they didnt have it! Someone in that office is lying or just covering up whats really going on.I come off phone as i was fumming.
The next morning i called and this time i spoke to Faye and she checked it out and it said on her screen they had that evidence like other colleagues told me they received it not like what michele said the day before.
This last week i called child benefit 4 times and still no decison and no letters here from them yet.
Today i had a talked to Faye and she was positive with me and she did get back to me and tell me that Angela at Newcastle office would handle it as thats where the decisons where made and told her everything what i said whats happenned since the november 2010.Also after talking to Faye i got a call from Peter at the Newcastle office to tell me he would handle it and never guess what he had the letters i sent in as evidence in front of him.So i asked him twice and yes he had them! So where did the manager/supervisor Michelle at Bathgate call centre get the reason to tell me they didnt get them and that i had to send them again.
Well its coming up to 16.30hrs 11.2.11 After today and since the 9.11.10 this started iam publishing it on the web as its all legal.

Midweek Update
Well so far this week things going quite well for me.Now that makes a change.
As work wise sort of eemmmm still waiting for certain work iam after but just have to patient untill letter gets here or email or call.
The start of the week in a better mood and even today Awesome Giorgia made smile again.What she got that keeps making me happy.(need Giorgia to tell me) Today she spelled a couple words wrong but meant the same she said cause she is Italian hehehe.I know how that feels as with me writing in scottish words they cannae understand me.Giorgia the fone numbers are there if you need them.
As today i was soaked at 6am doing my speed walk in drizzle only and the rain carried on until about 3pm so didnt do my speed walk instead here clean house and xtra excercise here.Belive or not its dry outside now aaahh

End of weekend
End of weekend and end of my lazy chill out in style day aswell.As for the weekend friday started of with me with a smile on my face weird our what.Really it what happenned to me last wednesday in what Giorgia said to me is what really picked me up and no wonder when friday night came i was still walking on air.Its amazing when awesome Giorgia says a few words she really means.Giorgia had a great day on saturday with her daughter swimming then the show flew by as Giorgia full of postive vibes.
So for me the weekend would be better for some reason and today on my lazy day my team Liverpool played against Chelsea but yesterday before Man u kicked off i said go on Wolves pull it off and beat them and Liverpool to beat Chelsea today and hell Wolves pulled it of and they won and today watching Liverpool and we played even better and we scored and beat Chelsea.Today is my chill out day ok i shouting a tv but thats a part of football.
With my dad before game today and we watched My Family me and dad have not laughed like that in a long time at the show.Tonight we watched Wild At Heart and dad was in a real good mood.
Great to see my dad laughing today really enjoyed it.
Even this morning writing statement up over the child bennefit but hit a wee problem as the virgin was off line on there accounts until monday morning.So will have to wait until the morning to finish the statement of.
Even though its weekend still did my speed walks excercise yesterday and today just kepted on telling myself its my lazy day but still did my excercise here.What i have to do to get rid of my fat!
My music head was on today with all different tunes and hell i was singing aswell.
Bon Jovi Always underneath this post i sung it and Bed of Roses for the awesome one who picked me up last week.
Thats it bed time as to be up at 5.45am night all.

End of week update
Well i knew it would be different this last week and hell it was.First of all my team Liverpool sold Torres and bought Carrol +Suarez on monday but on wednesday they beat Stoke at Anfield.
On wednesday it was raining so hard i was soaked while out on my speed walk and when i went into town and then in afternoon put load in washing machine then went to see dad but then i came back my washing machine died it flooded floor and bit the dust.ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh
My awesome Giorgia made my day with her wicked smile to pick me back up.I couldnt ask for any else as i knew it was 100% perfect from Giorgia.
Wednesday night half way through week and whats gone i had a smile on my face as my heart misssed a beat with Giorgia message.
Ready for rest of week just paid for new wahing machine will be here next week so do the washing by hand at moment.The child bennefit case is on going and i will work out what to write on it over weekend as its very serious now.As at 17.30hrs thursday got a call from a manager at the Bathgate bennefit office and what she said just dug herself in a big hole and will not get out of it.As this morning spoke to another call centre Peterlee manager and what she told it was true not what the one said last night as i was all a lie.
You see me bringing up my daughter the last 11 years alone and her child bennefit was extended for an year last year with my daughter at college but as the child bennefit comes to me but last november they stopped it as someone else try to claim it and still its not sorted out.
The rest i will write after i complete the statement with all whats happenned and all the names who are responsible who work there at bennefit call centres Ireland,Newcastle,Bathgate and Peterlee.
So after a non stop week up and down for me there was just one thing that picked me up in style is what Awesome Giorgia said to me on wednesday Thankyou.

Midweek update
Well its bloody wet wednesday for me as this mornng out on my walk at 6am and the wind and rain so strong i was completely showered in 15 mins of walk.(save me having shower when i got back home)But its rain and wind i kepted going and then into local town at 9am and again i got soaked.Going to be a wet day but belive it or not this afternoon sun came out but wind still strong.Got my excercise done without getting wet.When back home in my real shower then going over to see dad.I put the washing in and switched on went to see dad But when i got home washing was finished but floor was swimming in water ahh
So openned and washing washed but soaking.So i finished the washing of by hand and then put it in dryer and started to cook my dinner.After dinner washing machine out to fix it but belt was snapped and water came from the drum over flowing as couldnt get rid of water with belt snapped.
Now with it being midweek what else could happen to me tonight but as i just write this a message from awesome Giorgia just picked me back up thankyou xx

1st Feb 2010
Well start of the week a bit different with so much going on.My dads birthday with him being 86 yesterday and been with him most of the day.
Also my daughters train was cancelled and the next one was running 20 mins late which missed the connection to Newcastle.So she was back home for an xtra night and goes back this afternoon to college.Diane is on her way now as just talked to her on fone while she is on train.
My awesome friend Giorgia paid her tax bill aswell she was in shock/pain for the day.A gentle massage from me on your shoulders Giorgia would take away the pain of tax bill she paid.
My team Liverpool sold Torres £50m and bought in Andy Carrol and Suarez just hope we play better and win more games now for the rest of the season.
