The mid week update and the sun is out but cold aswell.So far this week not much going on as everyone just all getting back to work but mined you the gov stuck vat up to try and make more money for there expensives.
As for me just having more application forms to fill out as the work what i want means i will be here and there in other countries.So many forms to fill out iam just lucky my one and only brain cell is in working order at moment.
The 48hr bug is kicking about as it floored me last week and this week my daughter has it but so many people have it so its going about.This morning in the local town so many still had it and just hope i dont get back.Mine you got my radox salts as back up to sweat it out of me if i do get it back.
A hot Radox Salts bath tonight just order myself to have as iam back on my speed walks twice a day when i do my hours excercise twice a day.
This mornings walk after being snowed in 3weeks and being ill last week it took me 40 mins to do the mile and half speed walk and i was knackered. So this afternoons hours excercise think best to have a radox salts bath after i get back from dads tonight then i can smooth my aching mucles.
