Well i did have a quiet weekend and with my daughter here aswell.She has been quiet aswell.Just the pair of us refreshing ourselves.After being busy last week.
Even last night with my own treat a hot bath and my lazy day today.Its just been really quiet.
Tomorrow my dad is 86 and will be with him most of the day
My daughter goes back to college aswell tomorrow.
Giorgia my awesome friend been working flat out this last week with work and her daughter and today with her parents aswell. Giorgia you need my xtra special TLC for doing so much this last week

End of week 28.01.11
Well its been a bit different this last week for me.A few things going on with bennefit office and still no further.My daughter is here at home for a bit.My work still in the waiting game just have to patient more.
Liverpool did win again on wednesday night and just signed a new player today aswell.
Giorgia my awesome friend been busy with the shows this last week and this weekend aswell and her parents here to aswell.Giorgia have a real good weekend with your daughter and parents.
My friend Anna had a great time while away on holiday in Vietnam and back last sunday and hope you got the time difference ok now so you can sleep at the right times Anna.
You needed the break away Anna and iam happy you really enjoyed yourself on holiday there.
This weekend will be quiet i think for me but when i think that its not really quiet at all.

Midweek update
So far midweek nearly over but as with Liverpool beating Fulham 1-0 tonight and me still have the good feeling factor in me.The week so far is going quite good.In fact work what i do looking good as the case is on child benefit been on going since nov 2010 looks like i nearly got the ones in the office of child benefit what caused the problems and getting away with it.Its not the call centres in Newcastle,Ireland and Bathgate etc as they are just the organ grinders. Its the office that works them and make the decisions on claims etc and its the ones in that office who i will get to court as they are the ones who decide who they pay without looking at any evidence.
As they done it to me and the call centre operators are taken all the flack and when you ask to speak to a manager you get the third degree Hitler questions but as they are only supervisors in a call centre all they can do is pass it on to the office what makes the decision then you are told you have 12 weeks to wait for there decision.But as they never sent 1 letter out to me and never looked at any evidence at all and made the decision on the benefit for my daughter to pay someone else in nov 2010.So its like this iam against the ones who work in the office and use call centres staff to work the grinder.
Now with them doing this to me its right up my street to sort the problem out and the ones are responsible for this will pay for it either in court lose there jobs.
When it gets to Friday 4th Feb 2010 and still no letters from them and no decision i will publish all the names of the ones who i talked on the phone at child benefits offices since Nov 2010 and will get the names of the invisible office workers who makes the decisions of child benefit payments and will publish them all.
You see what i do for some of my work is customer service investigation and what they have done to me and a lot of other people aswell over child benefit is just right up my street and i will sort it out.
Just a thing is the ones in the invisible child benefit office they dont have any children and just hit any button and please themselves what they do over child benefit for real parents mind you i have found out the invisibles workers in that child benefit office they are on about £24,000 year each.
Also the call centres staff of child benefit do not know the ones are who make the decisions as they only can internal electronic message to them only and its just a electronic message to that department no names either.Just the message sent what your dispute about only.
The saying goes the monkey is working the organ grinders in this case the invisible office is using the call centre staff to do there dirty work while they sit and earn a lot of money and use customers well really real parents over child benefit.

24th jan 2010 start of the week
Its monday morning here in Bonnie Scotland and its mild no rain or ice or fog brilliant.When i was up at 5.45am looked out window and thought this a good start to the week.
After a better weekend but still missing something i have not had but never know with me getting closer to the light at the end of the tunnel is getting closer now.This has only happenned since last week when certain words said to me just really picked me up.Since then i have had positve vibes coming out of me.
Now thats a feeling i havent felt for one very long time in my life.
Yes its monday morning and its weird iam in a good mode........

weekend is over
Its been a wee bit different this weekend for me.The good feeling in my bones last week and over the weekend and i still have that good feeling in my bones and it feels great.
Yesterday i felt like i was walking on air with my excercise and had so much energy in me i did even more excercise.I take it the words what Giorgia said to me through the week really did sink in and that is what i needed in me and the light at the end of the tunnel is getting closer now.
Giorgia had a great day yesterday and at the shows aswell.As today she s on a chill out day with her daughter.
Even my team Liverpool played like a team and won 3-0 aswell.
With my dad yesterday afternoon aswell and he knew iam at my home on a saturday night just gives us a break between us.My daughter was not feeling to good as that time of month for her but as she is at her friends in York until next friday and back here for weekend the back to York for college.She is ok now.
So last night my treat to myself after tx from Giorgia was in a hot radox salts bath for an hour in fact had a bit to hot.Today being my lazy chill out sunday day been with dad and listen to great tunes while at home and done my ironing aswell.
Now its time for a hot chocolate and then bed and will be ready for the week in the morning at 5.45am when i get up.Makes me just hope this feelings inside me keep going each day like this last week they have.

Saturday night
When up this morning at 5.45am looked out of window and the freezing fog had gone at long last.So on with my hours excercise and when i went out to do the mile and half speed walk it was fresh and no ice felt like i was walking on air after the last three days of freezing fog + black ice.Back home after the hours excercise finished had breakfast over to see dad but some reason the cleaning buzz in me.So back from dads and cleaned my house top to bottom with tunes on aswell.Infact i couldnt find any more dust daaammmm
With my football team Liverpool playing at 12.45 against Wolves knew it wold be still playing while i went out on my walk at 1.45pm but not to worry i still here it on radio commentry.Well i couldnt belive what i was hearing and they started to play like how Liverpool should play.Take them time to get back in to way of winning each game.As i got back home from speedwalk there was 10mins left of game finished 3-0 the reds won yesss.
Now with a smile on my face so far today went back over to see dad this afternoon and as its saturday night iam here at home.
After whats gone this last week for me my only treat for me on a saturday night is to have a hot radox salts bath for a hour.By sure i need it as its my lazy sunday tomorrow and my one and only brain cell has the day off.Really could do with a awesome woman to rub my shoulders.
Yes iam single never been married but my daughter i brought up alone for the last 11 years.Diane is now 16
Being a single parent a long time but hope i done the best i could for her.

Hot radox bath is calling on me now and will ly in it for an hour listenning to Jean Michel Jarre

End of Week update 21st jan 2011
Will sort of a bit different this last week for some reason.There was one main thing Giorgia words what she said to me on wednesday just made me feel right proud and alive.Thankyou Giorgia xx
Then the rest of the week just flew by even yesterday morning out my speed walk in the freezing fog on black ice i went crashing down and hit my elbow as i went backwards hell it hurt but with me being in good mood and in pain i carried with my walk and the rest of my excercise when i got home aswell.
My brain was in perfect working order since Giorgia said those words to me on wednesday.Even after fall iam like a new man (weird) but feels great.
The last 48 hours here its been freezing fog here and black ice and it not lifting but after my fall yesterday i made it around and today it was even colder this morning at 6am and at 2pm aswell while i was on my speed walk.Today its been about - 3 here all day but as i have the good feeling factor back in me today i did more excercise before and after walk it feels great.
The last few days been trying when i had time to get my blog on here working better but so far doesant look like it will as a lot of my programs i use i cant get then on the my blog on Google.But will just try a few ideas over weekend then if no joy monday a few calls and call in a few favours and will get my blog to work 100%.
My Daughter Diane at college and she does get EMA but with goverment stopping it in june 2011.I just hope iam earning more so that she will carry on with her college work.Diane is doing very well on her first year of hairdressing and to me her dad i will do what i can to make sure she will she will carry on at the college.
As for work for me what i do from driving to customer services well infact any kind of work thats why iam expendable.Since the credit crunch started 3 years ago and the work i was doing then got hit by the start of crunch.Thats when i didnt get paid for 3months work as those 3 companies i work for on customer services where the first companies that had closed by the credit crunch.
Since then with more companies closing down i struggle to get work for customer services and the other thing is companies what are still going they dont pay as good as they use to pay.Infact i just got £68 for work what i did 3 months ago but i did 110 hours work for them.Not very good at all.
As i have made a mission list for 2011 and so far its going to plan.But have to be careful as cant and dont want anything going wrong for me year to stop my missions.

my site update
What iam doing is getting my blog from XML from what wordpress put it on but my xp/vista will not publish it so iam going around different ways so i can publish it all as there is about 7 years work etc on there.
Iam going to use my tunes on here aswell but at moment just been told they are in the middle of trying to get WMP to work on here aswell as other ones aswell.Just have to wait but as i can use youtube for now.
What i have looked at is that to use other folders for pics and tunes but its adding them on to my blog is where the problem is on here.
Yes its my domian now and my site. After losing the windows spaces live site after so many years seeing they sold it to wordpress but they cant even do half of anything on there site.
Why i never thought about gettting my own domain and site up and running.Blip in me ahhhhh
The windows spaces live site was more the work i did for microsoft and thats why i used but never expected microsoft to sell it.
Iam looking at other sites aswell what i can use for my domain but at moment will stick with Google for time being as they who me a few favours aswell.
Just thought there i do have my blog on my discs not all on one disc as i put all my work etc on disc every 8 weeks as a few years ago when the problems with the computers and telephone companies problems and i lost a lot of work when crashed etc .So it learned me the hard way but i do since then put my work etc on disc.
Who ever reads this and have your own blog then get your own domain so you dont lose your blog like whats happenned to me and others aswell.

Now thats weird for me to have that feeling in me.
Treated myself to some Jaffa cakes as my awesome Giorgia made muffins last night and iam still waiting for her to deliver me one here.Infact Giorgia made my day yesterday thankyou thats why i treated myself.
The last few days here its been bad with black ice on pavements and roads here.So when doing my speed walk twice a day my brain was working on not to slip while speed walking.Yesterday morning at 6am when i was out on my walk it had rained around midnight and it frozed so at 6.15am it was walking on ice but i made it round ok.But this morning it was freezing fog all night and knew i had to watch it when i walk.I started my excercise to get warmed up and then left for the 2 mile speed walk.But 10 mins into walk and the black ice caught me out and i went down on my bum and or course elbow hitting ground aswell aaaahhhhhhh.It took by suprise but picked myself up and carried on.
It was bad with black ice most of the way around and it took me 40mins to get around which normally takes about 30mins.
I just been to shop for dad and the pavements are lethal with black ice and roads are as bad and the freezing fog is still here aswell.
Now when i go on my hour excercise later better not crash on my bum again.

Monday 17th jan 2010
The weekend turned out not to bad at all for me.Saturday with dad in the afternoon but saturday night knew my friend Giorgia was having a great time.So i decided after being with dad until about 6pm then home i would have dinner then a hot radox salts bath.By hell i needed it as it was brill just lying in the hot radox salts bath for an hour.
Then being so relaxed and listenned to certain great tunes for the night.
Giorgia made my night with her tx to me while i was in bed aswell. Made me even more feel alive and relaxed and just cuddle Giorgia all night in my heart.
My sleep was about the best i had for a very long time Thanks Giorgia.

Yes my team Liverpool playing against Everton at Anfield i watched and listen they play like they should as a team ok it ended 2-2 draw but it was great to watch and listen to the Liverpool supporters sing.Things just starting to look better for Liverpool this season now.

Midweek update 12th jan
The week so far ok but with Liverpool beat again tonight.Just sort of made the week so far not really good.But sure the rest of the will be better for me.
As my blog been on the go since 2003 when i started to write on windows spaces live with it but with windows spaces closed now i have my own domain now on here.Its all on here in my archives as i transfered it all here but if you want to read it just ask me and you can read it.Infact after this week thinking i might aswell open it all so everyone can read it. As the problems i had a long time ago about being a single dad and bringing up my daughter myself the last 11 years just again the last week a few woman backed off just the same as they did a few years ago with me being a single dad bringing up my daughter alone.
You see me not been married and i have my daughter who i brought up myself since she was 5 and now she is 16 and at college.Infact 7 years since her mum came to see her.
So iam my Dianes dad but had to be mother aswell to her.Thats where certain real friends of mine helped me out as its been hard to do.
The other reasons about my blog what i have written has about mum having alzeimers and mum slipped away in october 2009 and my jerry lee slipped aswell july 2009.When i moved back up here 10 years ago to get my life back together i came back to home and to mum and dad.
Also at court over car accident and the custody over Diane. Around 28 times in court in York and Leeds
By the way was on life support 9 days in Leeds Gi and dead twice aswell.Still have my butt ugly face.

weekend over with
Well been a bit quiet here and the snow back today aswell.But downer for weekend is that my team Liverpool got beat by Manchester united today ahhhhhhhhh but never hid win, lose or draw i will always support Liverpool.
Otherthings this weekend my Daughter is now better and now stopping at her friends for while until i get a new home she can stop in for the rest of the year while she is at college.
My friends online been sort of quiet but wee julie was on Twitter last night so made my nite better last night.My other friends who i know on pal did really make my day yesterday as they normally do and i did play a few tunes for them aswell in the room on paltalk.

End of week
Well as i said early today not a lot going this last week at all.
Today doing my gentle excercise like i do it was -5 on my speed walk at 6am and this afternoon about 2pm it was was still around -2 here when i was my speed walk.
What i have to do to get rid of my belly fat.
The thing is i feel better for it and after being ill last week and getting my strength back in me.It feels really good.
The music buzz is back in me aswell that why you will see different tunes i put on here and Twitter,Facebook etc
The last tune on here is Lonestar Amazed for some unknown reason just had to listen and to sing it for a certain awesome woman who i know.
So its end of the week friday night just hope we all have a good weekend.

Well the end of the first week of 2011 and so far been ok but this morning out on my speed walk it was about -5 and so i walked faster but hell it is winter time.
After being snowed in and me being hit by a bug for a week being grounded an extra week it was great to get back into my gentle excercise with speed walk (hehehehe) twice an hour a day.
But my daughter got hit by the bug aswell thought she had missed it but the last few days she been grounded in bed aswell and me being doctor dad the last week aswell.
As work wise its like iam on the waiting game now so my patients in me is virtue for time being
My friends on the web etc will see a bit of a difference in me this year as iam not sitting about anymore on my bum.What i want i will go out and get it not wait for it coming to me.So a few feathers will get rustled when i appear on the scene etc.Me being cat on the web its time i earned what i want for real in my life.
Told you so my one and only brain cell i have has been working 100% since the start of the 2011 and hell it feels good.
My friend Giorgia is being busy the last week with her daughter and her work and with her being down in London mostly with her work and me being here in scotland i will get my (sexy) arse there.

Mid Week Update
The mid week update and the sun is out but cold aswell.So far this week not much going on as everyone just all getting back to work but mined you the gov stuck vat up to try and make more money for there expensives.
As for me just having more application forms to fill out as the work what i want means i will be here and there in other countries.So many forms to fill out iam just lucky my one and only brain cell is in working order at moment.
The 48hr bug is kicking about as it floored me last week and this week my daughter has it but so many people have it so its going about.This morning in the local town so many still had it and just hope i dont get back.Mine you got my radox salts as back up to sweat it out of me if i do get it back.
A hot Radox Salts bath tonight just order myself to have as iam back on my speed walks twice a day when i do my hours excercise twice a day.
This mornings walk after being snowed in 3weeks and being ill last week it took me 40 mins to do the mile and half speed walk and i was knackered. So this afternoons hours excercise think best to have a radox salts bath after i get back from dads tonight then i can smooth my aching mucles.

Monday 3.01.11
The first monday of 2011 a few sore heads about after celebrating he new year in.
So the start of a new year for us and as for me i wil try and make ths a better year for myself in all aspects of my life.Just had a real good think with my daughter being here over xmas and new year but as she has gone back to college today.Yes in shock with myself as my brain cell has been working in order and me having a good think like that just made me relise what i missed in my life.
Yes iam still single and still fishing for the right woman just hope my luck will happen this year.
As for work i have applied already for 2 jobs but not in uk as here in scotland there is no work.So time to bite my tongue and in all aspects in my life and get off my arse and get what i want to do.
Told you had a real good think and its time in my life to go and get what i want to do with my life
Its the start of the week but all quiet here now in my house with my daughter Diane away back to college now.The music what i listen to will be played more this week as my brain cell works better with the tunes going through it.
